The apartment sits in a sought-after, historic neighborhood. The Sagrada Familia cathedral, Barcelona's defining monument, is literally a few streets away.

Eixample Dreta district is famed for its buildings with grand, balconied façades and there are plenty of shops and cafés.

A short stroll through these beautiful streets takes you right to the centre, with the fashionable Passeig de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya and all of Barcelona's popular attractions.

The master bedroom has 1 double bed, side-tables, lamps and a large closet. A second bedroom has 2 single beds, side-table and lamp, with sufficient closet space.

In the lounge, the sofa is converted into 1 double bed.

The bathroom has a full bath with shower, washbasin, WC.

KITCHEN

Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen is also fully equipped with:

Refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, dishwasher.

The counter with bar stools is an additional space for dining.

Why Jose Antonio Rodriguez chose Barcelona

I bought this apartment in 1997, and it was my own home during 8 years. Because family was increasing I need to change to another apartment bigger, but in the same area that was the area that I like to live. I filled a bit nostalgic to leave the apartment as a my own home. Since them I have been renting the apartment for tourist and professional reasons. As the experience has been so good for clients and for me. Later I decided to by four additional apartment in the same building and for the same reasons.

nice place to enjoy Barcelona

We had a great time in Barcelona in Jose's appartment. Placed near the Tetuan metro, you can enjoy all corners of Barcelona easily. Shops and restaurants around the blocks make the place delightful.

Don't Hesitate!

If you are looking for an opportunity to immerse yourself in a day in the life of Barcelona- then consider this great apartment offered by Jose as your home away during your stay. Jose is a welcoming host making the rental process from start to finish- easy, efficient and worry free. The apartment comfortably accommodated my family of 4- and we enjoyed walking the streets of this residential area- enjoying the local cafes, restaurants, fruit markets and bakeries. Local metro stops makes getting to tourist areas in short time. 2 or 3 stops will have you in the heart of the Gothic quarter or Las Ramblas- or a 25 minute power walk. Closer walking distance to the Arc De triomphe or Sagrada Familia (a must see).

Glad to have made our decision to say outside of the tourist areas - as it offered a truer experience of the Barcelona culture - and Jose's hospitality and great apartment made that complete.

Good quiet clean location

Quiet and clean Apartment near the Metro Station, comfortable and convenient place to stay. Jose, our host, was most helpful meeting us late in the evening, gave important informations about the city, even organizing a taxi for the airport. Muchas Gracias Jose!

Good location to Sagrada Familiar

Jose, is indeed very helpful on arrival and on departure. He was outside greeting us when the taxi pulled in, then continue to offer instructions to the apt. then gave map with sights marked. very helpful for us first timer. The apt location is good, easy walks to see sights and five minutes walk to metro station. Having a washing machine in the apt is very convenient. No dryer, so for Americans need to get used to drying clothes on clothes rack. Fully stocked kitchen is helpful for breakfast.

The linens and towrls are a bit well used. If you mind, bring your own. But it is good value for the location, and it is a unit with AC and elevator, these are all very important to make your stay comfortable.

All is good

José nous attendait déjà à l'entrée de l'immeuble à notre arrivée. Il nous a tout expliqué pour le fonctionnement de l'appartement et nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restos. Il est d'une grande aide et si nous avons besoin de lui pendant notre séjour, il demeure disponible. L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Très propre , calme et tout y est. Situé dans un quartier de la ville. Nous sommes à 5 minutes de marche du métro Tetuan, 10 minutesde la Sagrada Familia et 1/2 heure du centre ville de la Rambla. De bons restos à moins de 5 minutes de marche. À notre départ, il est venu nous saluer et a pris des nouvelles de nous. Je recommande cet appartement
