From February 2025! With renovation works carried out, the house will now have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Sunny house with 2 bedrooms, (4-5 people), 80 m2, well connected L3 Penitents. In a quiet zone near the Park Güell, with a wonderful terrace 40m2 and incredible views to the Tibidabo. Completely furnished and equipped. 2 AA units in it.
In a little hill close to Parc Güell and Tibidabo, you will find our house in a quiet and save neighbourhood, called Vallcarca. Oriented to south, south-west, our house has privilege views to Tibidabo and the green Collserola and sun all long the day. Perfect place for one or two families and business trips. Also perfect for people that want to be close to the Hospitals Quirón o Vall d'Hebron.
You will find at 5 minutes the Penitents L3 metro station that connect directly just in 4 stops with the center, and different buses to move easy across the city. If you move with car, we are to minutes close to the main city road Ronda de Dalt.
We will be close to you, so anything the guest needs just will have to ask! We can provide you with children cot, baby stroller and toys. Also with beach towels and parasol. We will give our guest also if need, tourist and local information.

Estupendo apartamento y muy bien equipado

El apartamento es muy bonito, cómodo y muy bien comunicado en metro. Cocina completísima y con suministros como detergente, café o azúcar, que se agradece mucho. Se puede aparcar en la puerta sin coste ni limitación horaria. Unas terrazas estupendas con espectaculares vistas. Es para repetir, sin duda.

Wonderful place

We rented this wonderful villa last May/ June for one month. It had a beautiful view up to the mountain and walkable to plenty of places. The metro was close by to get all over Barcelona. Anna and her family was wonderful hosts and I hope we will get back to Barcelona in the future. This is a great apartment with everything we needed. Sorry it took me so long to write the review but my first attempt got erased. Brenda

Wonderful views. A warm clean well equipped spacious home and a lovely welcome pack! The house was aticked with plenry of essentials and a local grocery shop was a couple of minutes away. Perfect.

Für 5 Tage mit 2 Erw. und 3 Teenagern perfekt: 8 Min. von Metro Penitents (Anstieg mit Treppen, oder 10 Min. ohne Treppen), danach als Belohnung toller Ausblick von Terrasse auf die Stadt und Tibidabo-Berg gegenüber. Sehr gute Infos von Vemieterin vor Anreise, auch unkomplizierte Kommunikation während des Aufenthalts

We were a married couple traveling with another single friend. The apartment was as listed. It was in a quiet neighborhood with transportation access. The flat was clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed. The outside patio areas were lovely. We had easy communication with the owners

Tolles Objekt in perfekter (ruhiger) Lage

Ohne viele Worte, einfach perfekt für 4-5 Leute für einen Barcelonatrip. Die U-Bahn um die Ecke sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und preiswert erreichbar. Anna kümmert sich sehr liebenswert und schnell um alle Fragen, Check-in ist sehr unkompliziert, WLAN schnell, die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir sagen danke und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Wir haben mit unseren Teenagern 6 volle Tage die Unterkunft genossen. Sie ist in meinen Augen super gelegen in einer ruhigen und sauberen Umgebung, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht von Balkon/Terrasse und trotzdem relativ zentral gelegen (10 min zu Fuß zur Metro, dann nochmal ca. 10-15 min ins Zentrum). Wohnung sehr modern eingerichtet mit allem eas man benötigt. Die Küche ist etwas einfacher, aber reicht völlig aus. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 4 Personen sehr genossen. Die Vermieter wohnen drunter, sind sehr freundlich und haben uns vorab reichlich mit Informationen versorgt.

Nice and quiet stay.

We stayed 4 days in Barcelona. The hostel was great. Wonderful view at the hills and the town. Everything was clean. Good equipment and everybody had his own bedroom. The host lives downstairs, friendly contact and no difficulties.

Air Conditioner Poor Rating

We selected this property due to it listing having air conditioning but in reality they have 2 Air cons, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The owners ask that you do not run these while you are away making the apartment very hot to come to after being gone all day, and then they have a wired 3 hour timer set on these air cons so you have to set an alarm to get up in the middle of the night to turn back on the air conditioner. Another bad situation that happened to us is the 30 flight of stairs to get from the street to the apartment at night time they have a 30 second timer on the lights so they shut off half way up the walk way, very unsafe. They also supply you with one towel only, no wash cloth, no beach towels were ever offered as the family left on holiday as we arrived and never responded to any of our complaints except that they said that they have had thousands of guests and no complaints, but never responded to our complaints. So if you are looking for an air conditioned flat i would pass this one up right away and choose another one as they do not work!

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung mit zwei Terrassen und tollen Aublick auf den Berg Tibitado!

Hallo Anna, vielen Dank für die wundervolle Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick und sehr gut ausgestatteter Terrasse. Es gibt einen schönen Blick auf den Berg Tibitado. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Bad mit Dusche, komplett ausgestattener Küche, einem klimatisiertem Wohnzimmer und übeall mit elektrischen Außenjalousien. Leider hat es mit dem Parkplatz nicht geklappt, wir haben aber ein alternatives Parkhaus empfohlen bekommen, dass nur 5 Minuten entfernt war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir können die Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal von Familie Matcel F.

Beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were great, the place was clean and spacious and the owners were easy to communicate with. It should be noted though, there are a LOT of steps and hills in this part of town. If someone in your group has mobility issues it could be a problem. For us though, the views were worth the steps.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was clean and spacious for my daughters and I. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The property owner is on-site in the other apartment and is very responsive to any requests/ questions. There are a lot of helpful tourist materials in the apartment. The apartment is up hill from the metro and there are about 3 flights of stairs so it’s not for everyone, but this lends to the incredible view from the patio. My only suggestion for the owner is to add a few fans. Thank you for the fantastic stay!!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property

The property is great! Quiet neighborhood, clean, great views and easy walking distance to a metro station. Anna was so easy to communicate with. And we are thankful that we got a chance to meet her! My family and I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Great space & views

Lots of room & very well setup. This is a residential area, which is a nice & quiet change from the Ramblas. Guest must be able bodied as there are lots of steps from the street to the apartment & down to the metro. Recommend using a taxi service if you have large luggage like we did. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the lovely views from the terrace.

Amazing place and amazing views!

This was a great place to stay in Barcelona! We loved having the terrace view and everything was very clean. Our host was great and very helpful! Close to a metro stop and easy to reach all of the main attractions in Barcelona

Trip of a lifetime

We chose this property so as to be in a quiet neighborhood, Anna, the property owner was a joy to work with. We were very comfortable and dining and stores were close by. The only difficulty was in getting cabs to Come to Us

Große ruhige Wohnung, schöner Urlaub

Alles war super. Wenn man mit der Metro ankommt muss man zur Wohnung bergauf. Das war mit Reisegepäck anstrengend. Zurück zum Flughafen haben wir für 40€ ein Uber genommen. Die Metro ist sehr nah und mit der L3 ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt und kommt auch bis an den Hafen. Die Wohnung war groß geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet, zudem durch die Seitenstraße sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick zum Tibidabo und sogar bis zum Meer war wunderschön. Wir waren mit 3 Teens für eine Woche da. Man konnte zwischendurch gut ausruhen. Die Terrasse ist toll und überhaupt sind die Fotos der Anzeige sehr aussagekräftig. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett. Sie erkundigten sich auch mehrfach ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Einchecken per Code klappte einwandfrei. Es gab großzügige Gastgeschenke, z. B. Kaffee (gibt nur Nespressomaschine) oder Wein. Auch sonst war alles da was man so brauchte. Zum Einkauf sind wir zum Lidl ( ca. 10 Min) oder Consum (ca. 15 Min). Barcelona ist toll. Park Guëll hat uns, im Gegensatz zur Sagrada Familia, nicht überzeugt. Einfach zu voll. Aber Casa Battlò und Milà waren toll, die Kathedrale am Meer und das Moco-Museum. Sensationell auch der Blick vom Tibidabo. Der Besuch lohnt. Wir hatten also eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt.

We definitely love our city, going to the sea or the mountains we have in Catalunya, and staying with friends and family!
