The villa is spread out over 2 levels, each boasting its own kitchen, dining area and living room with access to an outside terrace. This feature makes it the perfect self-catering accommodation for a group travelling together, or a large family.
The Space:
Summer in Camps Bay is all about outdoor living so the ample upstairs and downstairs terraces, large private garden and swimming pool make Msangasanga the ideal choice for a summer stay in Camps Bay.
Natural sunlight floods the whole house, giving it a beautifully warm summer feel. The decor is neutral, fresh and white adding to the ambience of space and tranquillity.
On the first floor, you'll find 3 large comfortable bedrooms (all with fans) and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite). Each bedroom has glass sliding doors opening onto the terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The upstairs living area offers guests a comfortable lounge, dining room and fully equipped, kitchen. These areas flow onto the large outdoor terrace. Here guests can enjoy alfresco meals overlooking the garden, an evening dip in the swimming pool and sea views.
The ground floor has two bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom) and an open-plan living area with another fully equipped kitchen. Again, each room leads onto the front patio, lush gardens and the private swimming pool.
This is a dedicated year-round self-catering vacation rental property professionally managed by an independent Property Manager. Guests will be in contact with the Property Manager to schedule their check-in and any requests/issues while in house. The Property Manager is committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.
Important: The manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by TRUVI. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly (via email or text message) to verify yourself and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification process. These will be an additional charge over and above the accommodation booked. The Property Manager reserves the right to charge an extra Damage Deposit amount on any booking and/or to cancel a booking should the guest refuse to complete the verification process.

Msangasanga is a beautiful big house in a fantastic location close to Xamps Bay but also out of the hustle and bustle of the main village. Gorgeous views of lions head, table mountain and the ocean from the main balconies. They house is really well suited to larger groups with all 5 rooms having their own bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay.
The home and location were perfect for us, a group of eight meeting for the festive days. It is an easy walk to the beach from the house. The house is large enough for everyone to spread out and to get together as desired. Siphiwe met us upon arrival and tended to anything we needed.
The house was clean and well located. My only real feedback is there should be a guide at the property with details for the appliances and the alarm system so the guests have a reference if they have questions. The property manager was lovely and available when needed, however.

De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk, het verblijf en locatie was ideaal. Heel veel activiteiten in de buurt en 10 minuten lopen naar het strand. Gewoon fantastisch en zeker een aanrader!!!
