DISNEY Villa - Kid friendly, Movie Theatre, Private Pool & Hot Tub, Waterpark

Sleeping 16 this 8 bedroom villa includes 5 king sized beds, a queen, and 2 kids themed rooms with bunk beds (Marvel's Avengers, Frozen).

Spend sunny days in the back with a private pool and hot tub or take a 2 minute walk to the community's waterpark or sports courts.

Perhaps best of all, relax & spend a rainy day in the amazing in-home movie theatre.

The home is only about 10-15 minutes to the Disney parks, Disney Springs, and Universal Studios. Located just outside of Orlando in Kissimmee. Complementary shuttles are provided upon request.

First Floor:
The master suite has it's a king sized bed, it's own slider out to the back patio, a closet for her, a closet for him, flat screen TV and a master bathroom.

A second first floor bedroom also has a king bed, flat screen TV and is across the hall from a full bathroom.

The open concept floorplan has a connected full kitchen, dining space and living room with smart tv and a PS4.

Fully equipped with a granite island style breakfast bar with 4 chairs.
Refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, etc. Second fridge and freezer in the game room!

The game room currently features a ping pong and m table, pop-a-shot basketball, baggo (cornhole), foosball and a kids play structure.

Second Floor:
6 bedrooms all featuring a flat screen - 3 king beds, one queen, and two themed rooms with bunk beds. Sleep among galactic heroes in the Marvel Avengers themed room, or with Elsa, Anna and Olaf in the Disney's Frozen themed room.

Relax in one of the seven leather recliners in the closed in movie theatre features a large projector screen. Amazon fire stick available along with various dvds.

Outdoor:
Walk out to the back patio where a private hot tubs spills over into the pool. The outdoor space features new (not yet photographed) outdoor furniture with couches and a new propane fire table, lounge chairs, a dining table, and more. There is also a half bathroom right off the patio to use without getting the house wet. Pool basketball hoop provides fun for all. For safety, there is a removable fence that can be easily installed on the back patio to help keep little ones away from the pool.

Please note, with other management companies here, you may not know what house you get until you arrive. This is our house and THIS is the home you will be staying in!

Access to the waterpark and amenities is included with the price you pay here on vrbo. It is one of the closest homes to the entrance of the clubhouse and waterpark.

POOL & HOT TUB HEATING: In order to heat the pool and hot tub, you must order that service through management which I can facilitate. The cost is $40/night + tax.

OTHER: Renting additional items through third parties can be expensive. Rent a stroller (bassinet attachment available), extra pack n plays (mattress also available) and bed rails. Other add on rentals like a grill, private chef/bartender, grocery service are available through management. Message me for more details.

Perfect home for a Disney vacation

We could not have had a better experience staying at this home. It’s location to each of the parks is perfect. My kids loved coming back to all the space and having their own pool to swim in. We all felt very spread out which was needed after a full day together at the parks. An added bonus was the water park on property. Will definitely return!

Great House for Multiple Families

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location to the clubhouse and water park was very convenient. Also a short 10-15 minute drive to all of the Disney parks so that was helpful as well. Very spacious house with plenty of room for multiple families. We paid the extra to have the pool and hot tub heated so the kids had no problem with the water temperature. The water park pools were much cooler but on the warm days it’s wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Great Vacation

Our whole family loved our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was just as pictured. It is also in a great location for getting to the parks. Relaxing in the pool after coming back from the parks was our favorite thing to do. Communication with the owner and management company was also amazing! We had a slight issue with getting the AC to work when we arrived (it was stuck on heat since it was cold the prior week). Within minutes of me emailing the management company someone was at our door and had it fixed very quickly. We were all very impressed! We will definitely stay here again for our next trip.

Family reunion

The property was perfect for us. Communication with the host and Jeeves before stay was excellent. We had a few minor hiccups but none bad enough to change our rating. There were 15 of us and if I hadn’t brought paper plates and silverware there was not a sufficient amount for all of us. The door code didn’t work, but was resolved with a single phone call. We did not request pool heated and unfortunately the heater was on and pool was too warm for comfort. My son was able to turn it off and we did have one day of reasonable temperatures. The water park access was a terrific perk and added a lot of memories. There was not a can opener but one of our party lived less than 10 miles away and brought one from home. All in all a great trip.

Location is amazing!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is a huge bonus of this house. You are so close to the waterpark, making it easy to walk. The house is huge, with plenty of space for everyone. We had 3 families of 4 and a pair of grandparents, and we didn't even use one of the rooms. The kids absolutely loved the game room and spend a lot time in there. The pool was great and the backyard was private. We were able to fit 3 standard SUVs and one mini van in the driveway which was convenient. The house showed some wear, but this is typical for what we see in rentals. There was nothing that needed attention. Bill was great to work with and responded in a timely manner. Bonus things we didn't know until we got there: there is an extra fridge/freezer in the garage, a high chair, and a pack n play in one of the closets.

Great communication, beautiful house - 5 stars!

Bill was great to deal with right from the start, helping us organize everything and answering all questions about the property before booking. Our trip was scheduled for just days after hurricane Ian, we were nervous that there would be damage to the house or area that would affect our trip. Bill again provided updates and insight as to if anything was affected (it wasn't) and gave us the confidence to carry on with the trip and we are so glad we did. We had some minor issues at check in and both Bill and the property management company were quick to respond, things were fixed and we were checked in on to be sure everything was made right. It was top notch service the entire time. The house was perfect, well cared for and our entire family had a blast. The hot tub was actually hot, not always the case in these (pool/hot tub combos). We've already recommended the house to friends and we would stay again as well.

Volleyball team and their families

We stayed at this property for Volleyball tournament with a total of 6 adults , 7 young adults/teens and 2 school age children. Plenty of bedrooms, and bathrooms. Pool is great, neighborhood is great. Owner, agency very easy to communicate with. Would stay there again for sure!

Great family house!!!

This house is perfect for a family vacation. This house is one block from the clubhouse where the water park and restaurant is plus the shuttles to Disney. The pool is perfect for small kids and adults. My family was able to spread out and have great family time. I recommend renting a grill. Grocery shopping is close and convenient.

The very best large family house . 4 families fit great

We had wonderful communication with the owner prior to our stay and during our stay . This home is set up so well for different ages. Grandma and Grandpa had a master suite with a very comfortable bed and away from the noise of a house full of children. The other bedroom on the main floor was at the other side of the house so it worked very well for the family with the young baby. Upstairs fit well for the two other families each family had one side of the house with 3 rooms each. Both sets of parents upstairs had a king suite and two other bedrooms for their kids with a Jack and Jill bathroom between . The hot tub and pool were great for those evenings when we got back from a busy day at the parks and on the day or two when we were just having a chill day. The game room added an extra bonus for those older kids and then the best part was the waterpark there at the resort. It was incredible. There is also a free shuttle that will take people to and from the park it is limited on how often it goes but it’s nice to have it available. It took an average of 15 to 20 minutes to get to all the different parks at Disney World in about 30 to get to Universal Studios. We would definitely stay here again

We purchased this property in August of 2021 with the intention of vacationing with our children to a place we love while still renting it out to other families to enjoy the same vacation we are!

Why they chose this property

LOCATION! Being close to the waterpark, arcade, amenities in the clubhouse (fitness center / gym, kids club, restaurant, bar), beach volley ball court, basketball hoop and tennis courts was so important to us. When you're leaving the house with a big group (especially small children, elderly), it is not easy to get all the way around the community. This house is just SIX houses down from the front entrance. A two minute walk made this house a no brainer for us.

What makes this property unique

Again, proximity to the waterpark.
We provide one pack n play and high chair.
We also offer to rent a stroller or add pack n plays with mattresses direct rather than third party rental companies. Please inquire.
