Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?

This was the 2nd year we've stayed at this property and the experience was just as awesome as last year's. Even better actually, because more games had been added to the Harry Potter Room and the bonus area upstairs. The pool heat is one of the best we've experienced and the kids really enjoyed themselves in the pool. The movie theater is awesome and I actually got to spend some time in there this visit. There are two washers and dryers upstairs, which are perfect for large groups. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, small appliances and silverware. There were enough bath towels and pool towels for everyone. The house is very clean and the room decor is amazing! Each of the upstairs rooms has a different theme. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone needing a place for a large family and/or friend group with kids.

The house was clean. The pool does have a lot of chlorine in it so ladies watch your hair. The beds are FULL size not queen. it was a little challenging sleeping with kids. The beds did need a little fixing. They were broke in the middle and you could feel it when you laid down. We were just so tired by end of the day we were just glad we had a bed to sleep in.

We loved the house. The kids got a big kick out of the themed bedrooms and they especially loved the bunkroom with the arcade games. We had plenty of space for everyone.

Wonderful family friendly house!

We loved the house! Our kids loved the arcade games and movie room. Adults loved the pool and bar area. House was very clean and host was very responsive to our needs. The only issues we had was getting the volume to work on the outdoor theater and the stairs were dangerous as the end trim on a few were either broken or loose. Also the garbage situation was no fun at all. You could only throw away one 13 gallon bag per day and garbage started piling up fast. That is one area I think needs greatly improved. Otherwise we loved our stay.

July 4th Vacation

The villa was lovely and as described. There was more than enough room for our family of 15, with ages ranging from toddler to seniors. We used the Jurassic Park theater nearly every night. Due to the Florida weather, we were unable to use the outdoor theater but the covered pool deck with pool bar was used quite often. The arcade games were both fun and nostalgic for some of our middle aged folks. The access to the Oasis Club amenities was a big hit amongst our group. The club offered a decent gym, a range of daily activities, a zero entry pool, and lazy river. Needless to say, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Property

We had multiple families stay here with people ranging in ages 9-67. The house was amazing. The themed theater room was a huge hit. The kids also loved the projector at the pool. There was so much to entertain the kids that we didn't even get to use such as the air hockey table and gaming systems. We rented another property from this group in the past and both are in our top faves. We always enjoy staying at Champions Gate. It's low key and easy to get to many places. The club house and golf course add to the awesomeness.

Making Memories

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 12. I take my family on vacation every year now that my kids are grown and married with kids of their own. Spending time with my grandbabies is a precious gift. This house allowed us to make memories that will be treasured for a lifetime. From watching Disney movies on the big screen in the Jurassic Park Theater to spending time with just my daughters by the pool at night watching movies while the little ones slept. The kids all loved the pool and having the added clubhouse amenity to use was also a great time. The bedrooms and game rooms were so loved by everyone. Each room brought a special ambiance. It was great that each bedroom had either a private bathroom or shared with the adjacent room. The house was well equipped with plenty of dishes and having 2 washers and dryers was a plus to keep up on laundry. The communication with the host was seamless. The only complaint I would say is that the screen in the Jurassic Park theater showed specks of dots all over it possibly from the projector. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to spend a family fun vacation.

Really nice property

Overall it was a great time had by all! Here is the good the bad the ugly:Good: everything was as pictured, the movie theater and the decor are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The clubhouse on the property was a lot of fun. Plenty of room for our group of 16! The outdoor projector was a really nice touch we watched movies and baseball games!Bad: We definitely took advantage of the pool but it was a little small for our group of preteens. The AC in the Theater room was not working so that was a bummer, we also had issues with the refrigerator in the kitchen and the one poolside. The grill wasn’t as user friendly as you would expect but fortunately we had a grill master with us lol. Management made attempts to fix the issues but were unsuccessful in fixing the AC in the theater room and the poolside refrigerator during our stay. UGLY: The outside bar area was not sanitary!! We had to make sure the kids didn’t go behind the bar. Overall we had a really nice time during our stay.

It was a lovely place to stay. There were a few things that needed attention (windows/mirrors weren't very clean, the pool cleaners only came 1 day during our visit (8 days with 18 people staying there) so the pool was very cloudy and the hot tub had a foul smell to it. The

The listing was consistent with the property. We enjoyed using various amenities (movie theater, pool table, pool/hot tub, outdoor projector and bar). The clubhouse was within walking distance and was another great feature.

Perfect for a family reunion

We had a family reunion with people coming from every time zone. There were plenty of bedrooms and the pool became the center of the social scene; the kids could jump in so much easier than walking down from hotel rooms; and then out for lunch and back in for more fun. The commute to Disney was a breeze and the commute to Universal was fine; but the return from Universal required using toll roads to save an hour going down I-4. My only wish concerns desiring some exercise equipment. Overall, this large home brought our family together far more than hotel rooms and for less cost.

Bare minimum for laundry and dishwasher. TP is not enough. Guy kept kicking the can down the road after I asked for a late check out 4 weeks in advance. He kept saying to check at a later date. Finally he said I “asked with too short of notice”. Just didn’t want to do it. Say that on your listing instead of lying. House was fine. Photos are accurate

Beautiful home, nice amenities. Good service and support when we needed it. Accommodating and polite. Would highly recommended for families coming to the area who need more space than a hotel provides. Nice area restaurants and close by shopping. About 15-25 minutes from Disney. 👍❤️

The Castle!

Really LOVED this property. We come over to the area every year and I always look for properties with my kids in mind. There are 15 people in our group with 4 of them being kids ages 7 to 13. There was enough room for both kids and adults to spread out. The house was clean and super NICE! The attention to detail in the themed rooms and kitchen and living areas was out of this world and I really needed more time in the movie theater. It was way to chilly out for me, but I'm glad I paid for the pool heat for the kids. They were in the pool night and day. The extra refrig in the bar area was also nice. If there was anything I would change it would be to add a few more towels in the bathrooms to match the capacity of people in the home and allow parking passes for people to match the number of bedrooms even if some people would need to park at the Oasis. We had more cars than the parking passes allowed, so we ending up parking some of our cars at Walgreens and other places, because even though the people were listed as occupants of the house they couldn't even get in the gate to park at the Oasis. We made it work and it would definitely not keep me from renting this house again.

House was fantastic—neighbors not so much!

The house was fantastic for the entire family! It has multiple areas that kept everyone entertained! It was so clean! The only downside that could not be controlled was the neighbors blaring their music so loud we couldn’t be outside enjoying the pool when they were there! I don’t mean just loud music (we could have tolerated that) this was so obnoxious! That did ruin some of our pool time and sleeping was not an option while they were there partying! The house was great though!
