Luxury screened-in, Lake Front, Private Pool Home! This amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Disney Area Vacation Rental Home is located in the family-friendly residential community of Eagle Pointe. Just a few short miles from Orlando's World-Renowned Theme Parks including the Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando® and SeaWorld® Orlando.

The South facing large pool area has plenty of deck space on which to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is a  covered lanai for al fresco dining. Your outlook is over a large lake; somewhere to watch any of the wild life.  Pool heating can be added for an additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

This tastefully decorated villa is both welcoming and comfortable. Lots of comfortable seating in the living area with views over the pool and lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you may need for your stay. There is a breakfast table that also allows access to the pool area, as well as a more formal dining table and chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people comfortably

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Twin beds

All bedrooms have TV's and are comfortably furnished.

Bathroom 1 is the ensuite to Bedroom 1 and has a separate bath and shower. The second bathroom can be used by the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

The villa is close to Great Restaurants, Shopping and Golf, this striking lakefront holiday home provides plenty of space for the entire family.

The villa is located at Eagle Pointe a warm and family-friendly residential vacation home community located south of Orlando, just off US 192, the major highway that leads directly to Disney!

Lovely Stay

A peaceful setting, with plenty of wildlife activity on the lake. The house was clean and well maintained and is very convenient for the theme parks and the 192. We are returning next year!

It would have been nice to know that there wasn’t any dish soap, spices, ( not enough paper towel, toilet tissue). But over all, we totally enjoyed the stay. The pool was excellent! We so enjoyed the warm weather!! Would stay here again

hi Bruce many thanks for your review and we are pleased you enjoyed. All our villas are provided with a full roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom, plus a bar of soap. Post pandemic we are not allowed to provide things like salt/pepper etc. This is now the indusrty norm. We hope to rent to you again soon. stephen and johanna at vipvilla

Every villa we manage is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc. Disney is less 20 minutes away (some villas are 5 minutes away) and Universal 25 minutes.
Pool heat is an optional extra at your chosen villa. Please enquire about the rate.

What makes this property unique

All the villas have their own private pool, luxury furnishings, lounge with large screen TV, fully air condioned throught, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, at least one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, washing/drying facilities and free access to all the facilities at the Resort. Please note we have a strict policy of NO SMOKING and NO PETS in every villa (smoking is allowed on the pool deck).

Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean.

Please be assured the villa you select will be the one that you are renting.

We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.
