Nuestra villa está decorado, amueblado y mantenido a un alto nivel. Tenemos una piscina privada seleccionados (permitiendo que el sol adentro, mientras que mantener los insectos afuera) con piscina "kiddies 'un poco profundas adjunto. Esto pasa por alto el lago (pesca permitida). Barbacoa y muebles de patio proporcionado. Acceso a Internet y sala de juegos con mesa de ping pong / tenis de mesa, hockey de mesa, mesa de billar, dardos. Aparcamiento en la calle para 2 coches. La villa se encuentra en la comunidad de Eagle Pointe del Sur, al sur de la carretera 192 y dentro de 12 a 20 minutos en coche de todas las atracciones principales. Las costas este y oeste están a unos 90 minutos en coche, como es el Centro Espacial Kennedy en Cabo Cañaveral. Hay más de 15 campos de golf a 20 minutos en coche, y un centro ecuestre se encuentra a pocos minutos de distancia.

We are returners to this villa. It was as fabulous as I remembered. A very clean villa and pool with a lovely view of the lake. Well stocked with linens, cooking pots etc. Shops and restautants just 5 mins drive away. A great place to relax after a busy day visiting the parks. I was lucky enough to see an eagle early one morning sat on the roof of a villa opposite. We has no rain during our stay and the temp was in the mid 80s F - perfect! I can recommend this villa and we will book again the next time we visit Florida.

Richard was really helpful throughout. The house is amazing, I would definitely stay again. The pool was lovely, very spacious rooms, location was quiet and lovely.

Overall a good stay…. Disappointed in a couple things, first the ping pong table that was shown in the pictures was not what was on the house. The one in the house went on top of the pool table and was not full size like we had expected… my nephew loves ping pong and this as one of the reasons we rented. Also the patio door/ pool alarm system was not secured properly to the door and on a couple of occasions the tape that was holding it on came loose and the alarm just started going off. We returned back to the house one day and it was already going off, not sure how long that had been happening, I ended up having to use a couple band-Aids to hold the sensor on the door so it would not keep going off. Other than that the house was nice and located in a good neighborhood.

Family stay

First off let me say that i never called to complain. Nor did anyone reach out to us to see how our stay was going or if there was any issues. The house was ok. Outside needs some maintenance, trim trees-bushes. The lawn was almost knee high. There is also no outside lighting. The pool area was nice. With a great view. Pool area needs more lighting. Only light was by the slider. Inside was very nice. The only issue was it needed a good cleaning. Coffe table had dust build up. The lagoon out back has two gators. Which was very cool to watch.

Second time around

We stayed here as a family two years ago and had a great time. We booked it again as soon as we got home and have just had another fantastic family holiday. The pool was a big hit on both occasions, particularly with my grandsons, both waterbabies!

Golf trip

This trip was a winter golf vacation. The host Richard provided excellent recommendations for courses in the area. He was very responsive with respect to all other queries.

An amazing property!

We stayed for 3 weeks in July and August 2024, and had a fabulous time. The villa was clean, spacious and exactly as it looks on the photos. We loved this property. It was great to be able to come back from the theme parks and have our own private pool to relax in. We enjoyed walking around the lake, and relaxing both inside and outside the villa. We had a few questions whilst we were there and Richard responded quickly to emails, which was excellent. We are heading the the west coast next year, but will definitely be back to Florida soon after, and would love to stay in this property again . The location was excellent! Thank you.

Exceptional villa

Spotlessly clean, amazing views of the lake. We saw humming birds, a turtle and an osprey. The kitchen is well equipped, loads of towels and spare bedding. I will never stay anywhere else in Florida :) The location is quiet but only 5 mins to Walmart and the main strip thro Kissimmee. A perfect location and highly recommended. We will return.

The place to be in orlando

Our family of four stayed in this lovely villa for long weekend in the Orlando area. It is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from Disney and 25-30 from Universal. Upon entering the house you can see that the owners take great pride in the property to keep it at a top notch level. The highlight of the house of course was the pool! The screened in pool had plenty of chairs and a covered area for a table and chairs to have meals outside. We all enjoyed coming back to the house after long days in the parks to play and relax in the pool which has a great view looking out at the lake. The bedrooms were setup nicely for our family but could easily have two families with the two bedrooms that had two beds each for kids and the other two with queens for parents. Richard was great to work with and responded right away to any inquires I had about the house. The game room in the garage was a plus which helped our family settle some debates (where to eat, dessert type, etc) on nights we couldn't decide or were split. Overall we would come back to this house in a heartbeat when we are back in the area for a Disney/universal trip again.

Perfect, just perfect!

Cannot fault this property, it had everything we needed and was convenient for everywhere we wanted to go, it was perfect in every way. A lot of thought has clearly gone into making it a home from home, it had all the things you'd expect from a Florida villa with lots of extras. Instructions and communication were faultless. We were a family group of six adults. Absolutely recommend!

This property suited us perfectly. Lots of space, great location and excellent communication with the owner meant that we had a lovely stay with no complications whatsoever. Just what you need as a base on a relaxing stay.

Beautiful house and location

House was everything we were hoping for! It was within a short driving distance to everything. It was clean. It was comfy. Pool was amazing and sunsets were beautiful! Neighbourhood was quiet. Kids absolutely loved it! If we are ever back around the Orlando/Kissimmee area, we will definitely be rebooking this house. Do yourself a favor, dont be picky about the small things. At check-in do some inventory and go down to the dollar store and spend $15 on the extras you need (ie: toilet paper, paper towels, different soaps, drinking water, sunscreen, etc). Its not up to others to furnish these things for your family. You are renting someone's entire house for days, not booking an overnight at a hotel, and believe me, you will be making a huge mistake booking a hotel room over this house! Also, please tip your cleaner, she does a wonderful job. Thank you Mr. Bowers for opening your home to us. It was truely paridise!

Family come from PR, we rent to be together. My only concert is whit the bbq grill. We cant used to rust need resplaced. Other that the rest is perfect for us. So clean,expaciosus bedroom ,family room on garage and pool area amazing! Extreme recomended!!! Closed to everything . Thx

We purchased the property from new in November 1999 when our daughters were only 4 year old, and 6 months old. We are based in the UK but usually manage to get out to the villa 2 or 3 times per year.
We are extremely house proud and keep the villa to a high standard. Fortunately, over the years, our guests have also respected the property and we have many returning guests.

We are not overlooked and the wildlife in the area (eagles, cranes, turtles etc) add to the beauty.
