Our apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residence with swimming pool. Several parks and children's games nearby.

You will be 15 minutes from Futuroscope, the location is perfect for resting after a day in the park. In summer, the swimming pool will end your day in style. You can also go out for dinner in town, the center of Poitiers is 15 minutes away.

It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with 2 sinks and bathtub, separate toilet.
The shaded balcony facing the pool promises you very pleasant meals
The bedding and a very large part of the equipment (fridge, coffee maker, kettle, ...) are new or very recent.

The apartment is on the first floor, at the end of the corridor, very quiet. It does not overlook the street but the interior of the residence: the swimming pool and its trees.

Horrible

No impression because there was nobody and later that afternoon we received a message that they cancelled our booking so we had to find something else at 5 o clock in the afternoon. It was very very bad. Don’t do business with those people

Madame, j'ai essayé de vous joindre à 3 reprises avant votre arrivée, par la message Abritel et aussi par téléphone et SMS pour convenir de l'heure de rdv. Vous ne m'avez jamais répondu. Notre appartement n'est pas un hôtel, il n'y a pas de réceptionniste 24h/24. Comme vous sembliez mécontente d'attendre un petit peu, nous vous avons proposé d'annuler et de vous rembourser intégralement votre réservation. VOUS avez fait ce choix. Nous accueillons des vacanciers depuis 7 ans dans notre villa et nous avons une note de satisfaction de 9.8/10, vous ne pouvez pas conseiller aux gens de nous fuir alors que nous avons à coeur de permettre un excellent séjour à nos vacanciers et que leurs commentaires le prouvent. Caroline Madam, I tried to reach you 3 times before your arrival, by the message Abritel and also by phone and SMS to agree on the time of appointment. You never answered me. Our apartment is not a hotel, there is no receptionist 24h/24. As you seemed unhappy to wait a little, we offered to cancel and refund your reservation in full. You made that choice. We have been welcoming vacationers for 7 years in our villa and we have a satisfaction rating of 9.8/10, you can not advise people to run away from us when we have a heart to allow an excellent stay to our holidaymakers and that their comments prove it.
