Perfect Family Stay
This is a perfect home for a family stay. There are 3 downstairs bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed with huge bathroom and walkin closet. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds with shared bathroom in-between. Just out the front door is a Casita with twin bed (would be nice if it had queen or 2 twins) with TV, fridge and its own bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom with bunk - double bed on bottom, twin on top, another full bathroom and Bonus room with big TV. There's a futon up there but looks like it's seen better days. The TV in the living room is tiny and all TVs are streaming only (Roku). The kitchen has new fridge (no ice maker), double ovens, 2 microwaves. Coffee maker and Coffee was provided. The sink faucet needs tightening. The carpets are white and have a few stains here and there, but at these rates, can be overlooked. Dining table in dining room seats 8, table in eat-in kitchen 6. The backyard is unfinished and there is no seating. Laundry area has new WD. Wifi worked perfectly. The owner allowed us an early check-in which was great as the cleaning gal had not finished making beds so once owner was notified she had people over there taking care of immediately! We were even sent over a coffee cake from the neighbors - yum! All-in-all a great property for our family reunion! The owner so easy to work with... good communication. Thanks Chandra!
