Come settle down at our cozy Lakehouse, supplied with all your favorite amenities! This 4 bedroom luxurious home is a great place to make memories with friends and family. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset while sitting on our waterfront patio. Our home provides comfort with our beautiful modern farmhouse style, giving you two master bedrooms, a cozy fireplace in our family room for some relaxation, a spacious kitchen with new counter tops and modern day appliances.

Looking for something to do? Our home provides you with a pool table and corn hole, a bbq for lakeside grilling,
or enjoy your time fishing off the doc or swimming in the water.

We do not allow any parties for any type of occasion!
No Parties! All children must be supervised at all times.

This house was perfect for our thanksgiving family get-together for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the view of the lake from the downstairs and upstairs was amazing. Communication with Chuck was very good, he responded to our questions promptly and really made us feel welcome. Thank you for everything Chuck. We hope to reserve this house again next year.

House was very clean and beautiful location. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds in all the rooms. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. We had a glitch with the VRBO app which delayed our access to the property, but was able to get it cleared up quickly so we only lost 10-15 minutes. The host also checked in to make sure our stay was going well and offered to provide any tips on the local area. The checkout process was simple and in light of the app issues, the host copied me separate of the app.

Beautiful Home That Requires Attention

The house is beautiful; however, there is a major ant problem especially in the kitchen which did not allow us to cook or utilize the kitchen. We couldn’t kill the ants fast enough. Then there were roaches and spiders throughout the house. Also, due to no blinds on the balcony doors upstairs, the room was extremely hot. This house could be a wonderful place to stay, but I suggest an exterminator on a regular basis and blinds on the doors in the master bedroom. The communication with the host was excellent. Thanks for staying with us Mary. There were no ants the day you checked in although we did see some ants the day you checked out so we reached out to our pest control. Thank you for bringing it to our attention so we could resolve it right away.

Spring Valley Lake

Easy access from Bear Valley Rd. Groceries available nearby and plenty restaurants to choose from. House has 1 bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom. There's an master upstairs with full bath and 2 rooms with bunk beds in each and a full bath they share. There's a boat dock in the back with a ladder if you want to jump in the lake. It's about an hour drive up to Big Bear of you want to jump in that lake. Lucern Valley is a quick drive away where you can see tons of stars. Vandenberg rocket launches are viewable and the trajectory puts it over the mountains and easily viewable. Swimming and hiking in Deep Creek (Pacific Crest Trail) is a whole 20 minutes away. Mojave Narrows Park and Jess Ranch is next door with fishing available. Property owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. There's a beach on the lake but we didn't have time to check that out. Liquor store and gas available at the beach area.

Situated right on Spring Valley Lake, which is very nice. I have family that live down the street, so this was very convenient. Plenty of room for everyone, which made it very comfortable. Host was very quick to respond and made check-in and check-out extremely easy. Whatever challenge we had was taken care of quickly, even on the 4th of July weekend. Quiet neighborhood and very peaceful.
