Welcome to our spacious, basement apartment. Perfect gathering place for families, temporary workers, friends or hunters. Enjoy the large living room and kitchen equipped with dishes, utensils. coffee maker and dish washer. Rental also includes high chair and pack-n-play for young guests.

Please note: this is a basement apartment with a young family living upstairs. We do our best to honor quiet hours to ensure a peaceful living environment for you. Sound machines are included in each bedroom to alleviate any noise.

Quiet Town just minutes from Sioux Falls

Very nice and comfortable stay with 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. Was very convenient for us as our destination was the Prosper Country Warehouse & Event Center for the weekend.

The perfect "home" for our group. Plenty of space for the right price.

The property was perfect for our group of 7 who were participating in an athletic competition in Sioux Falls. The apartment was just a 20 minute drive each day. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate mixed company. The full kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, pack lunches and cook suppers in the apartment. We could also hang out together in the livingroom. Plenty of space for the right price. Clean, comfortable, cool, convenient. Coby was accommodating and responsive to questions. I would recommend this property and stay there again if we're in the area. Thank you Coby!

Superb home

Three generations stayed in this home when we came to Sioux Falls for a wedding. It was a perfect set up with what we called the 2 "adult" rooms on one side of the house and the 2 "kids" rooms on the other side. 4 bathrooms were awesome! (2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms). We had 7 people and still had 2 extra beds in shared rooms. An air mattress was also provided and plenty of floor space if we would have needed it or wanted to separate out of the rooms. As a family with some accessibility issues it was great to have the bars in all the bathrooms and the handicapped toilets in each space. Although there are stairs into the apartment, there was a great handrail and they are wide. These little touches make a huge difference! Space was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment.
