You have just found one of the best golf course condos in the amazing Desert Falls Country Club! No stray, dangerous golf balls here as golfers are hitting up and in the opposite direction of the back patio.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gorgeous ground level condo is tastefully updated and very well appointed. The unit sits on the 8th fairway with stunning mountain views and West and Northwest sun exposure. The sunsets are indescribably breathtaking! The home is conveniently located just a short walk from a sun-soaked pool and hot tub complex and is great for you lap swimmers. There are over 32 pool and hot tub complexes in this country club!

The home sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive master suite with 2 huge, wall length closets and a massive bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and a very comfortable desk/workstation if you absolutely must work while on vacation here. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper mattress.

The kitchen is amazing and stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and master bedroom and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. Both TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.

Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on either patio with amazing views and/or light up the BBQ grill (natural gas) for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals.

As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “Scottish Links courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 2 bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood.

Speaking of the neighborhood, you don’t get better or more centrally located than Desert Falls Country Club. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the I-10 freeway, shopping and restaurants galore, hiking trails, art galleries and so much more. Want to golf? There are dozens of incredible public courses nearby including the incomparable Desert Willow Golf Resort with the Firecliff and Mountain View courses just right around the corner.

The condo and furnishings are very nice. Updated kitchen is great to cook in with everything you need to prepare meals. Walk in showers are à bonus. We enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the beautiful view and watching golfers. Ideal location in Desert Falls across the street from a large pool.Drew, property manager, was great to work with. Very caring and attentive. This will be our go to unit to stay in for the upcoming years.

Friends Golf Week

The condo is very nice, beautifully decorated and has an updated kitchen. The furniture is newer and very comfortable. Drew was an excellent host and communicator. This property worked great for 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for making meals. The property was located in a cute golf community and was very comfortable. My mother and I and our 2 small dogs have stayed in this condo before. It never disappoints. And the host,Drew, is wonderful to work with. This condo is the perfect location and is well appointed. They've recently added ceiling fans in each room which is a game changer in the summer months. The bedding is comfortable. Smart TV's in every room with cable tv. The view of the golf course is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. There is both a tradional coffee maker and a Kuerig. The A/C works fabulously. The swimming pool is directly across the street and the owner even provides pool floats/rafts. Truly can't say enough about this property and the host, Drew. Thanks again for another relaxing visit.
