We stayed for two months. The condo was updated, even better than in pictures. Kitchen was superbly stocked with healthy pots and pans. Linens and towels were washed with unscented detergent, which I much appreciated. Nice desk and seating options. Comfortable beds. We will be back!

Disappointing. Not as advertised.

Not identified as second story unit. Ice maker not functional. Oven door didn't close completely resulting in overheating of cooktop surface. Both showers had very poor water pressure and shower heads were clogged. Actually replaced one during our stay. Toilet flushing was very poor.

Thank you for your review Cliifford but it would have been nicer to tell me directly and I would have sent someone to fix all the little issues when they occurred. The fridge is new so the ice make r issue would have been to remove the extra ice that packs there, it is a normal natural issue with an ice maker. It means that it works well and produces ice. For the oven it is also a new one and that should not be, I will ask the new guests to confirm all that and 8 eill go myself and grt a technician if necessary. But frankly you should have told me directly it would have been fixed immediately instead of waiting till the end of stay to put a review with this… strange. I always like frank and straight forward not hide and day things.. not good in life in general. Thank you

Spacious upper level condo in great location.

We stayed for the month of March. Nadia was a very helpful and gracious host. She was responsive to enquiries and addressed requests in a very prompt manner. Her friend and neighbour, Dale was also genial, welcoming and helpful in familiarizing us with the home. The condo is spacious and clean and the kitchen well equipped with items that make it very user friendly. We did not experience difficulties with the fridge or oven that other tenants have noted. The whimsical Marc Chagall print in the living area and the stars on the ceiling in the bedroon made for a warm and welcoming environment. The unit is located conveniently close to a large swimming pool and is situated in a very pleasant and charming country club with ready access to tennis and pickleball. It is quite close to fabulous shopping at El Paseo and to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. We would certainly return to this condo if the opportunity arises.

Quiet and Safe Complex

Location was convenient, several grocery stores close, some restaurant very close (could even walk to some). A short drive to El Paseo, College of the Desert, and the Living Desert, and easy access to Hwy 10. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and bright inside during the day. We really liked having use of a garage for our car. Kitchen had necessary utensils, also used the bbq on the patio. Nadia was quick to answer any questions. Just one note and not a concern for us, the unit is on the second floor of the building so you need to walk up and down stairs. Also the pool and hot tub were very close to the unit. We look forward to renting this unit again.
