Exactly What We Needed

We stayed for ASU family weekend and it was just what we needed. Plenty of space and clean, a short drive to campus, and the property felt safe. Our host was excellent at responding promptly to our questions and was flexible with our request for an early check-in time. Thank you!

Great experience all around

Spent 3 nights with family (all adults) for a 3 day Spring Training trip. If you are an Angels fan this property has great access to the Angels games and to ASU. Also very close to Old town Scottsdale. Very comfortable and clean.

the unit was great...met all our needs. was centrally located to the golf courses we played, restaurants, etc. Sylvia was very nice and was prompt to answer any questions or concerns.

Great stay!!!!

Sylvia’s home was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and looks very new and updated. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the whole place was very cozy! Sylvia had a lot of nice touches like a patio set out back and a set of bags. The complex itself was nice and there was a park right up the street for our little one. Too cold to use the pool but it’s right out the back gate! We did not rent a car but it was easy to get most places we needed with the light rail station just a couple blocks up the road. Great location to downtown Tempe! Thank you Sylvia for everything and we appreciate the excellent communication and help when we were stranded!

Hayden Cove town house

Very clean, very thoughtful on small touches, like tissue, hand soap., kitchen tools. Nice access to pool, although weather didn’t allow. Easy access to light rail to ASU or beyond. Sylvia quickly responds and is very accommodating.
