Amazing stay, the Pool House was very cozy. Very central and just blocks away from a Starbucks. The heated pool was delightful along with the patio chairs and outside, plenty of outside lounging space. Inside the house was nice, plenty of pots and pans. Amazing stay, Shirley was a fantastic host.

The heated pool, outside tvs and plenty of lounge chairs make this the best house in Tempe. The house is well appointed with everything you'll need to grill, lounge and relax. Close proximity to great dining options and the ASU campus ensure plenty of things to do as well.

We LOVE the Pool House!

The Pool House is fantastic! Excellent location, within walking distance to ASU and a ton of restaurants. The home is very clean and has all the amenities! The hosts are responsive, kind and helpful. We've stayed here at least four times and we'll be back, for sure!

Highly recommend this house!

This is the perfect vacation house! The pool is wonderful! The house was very clean and well stocked. The location was central to everything and a very nice neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Nice and clean house with heated pool. I have never stayed in a VRBO that had so many towels, pool floats, bikes etc. that you could use. They have thought of everything. Owners were also so organized and easy to get a hold of. If we return to AZ we will stay here again!

Great Rental - Close to ASU

The house is conveniently located to ASU and is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. There is a beautiful pool with floats and lovely outdoor area to sit and relax. Hosts are amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Always fantastic!

We love this house and the hosts! We've stayed here several times over the last 4 yer while our daughter attended ASU. It's super close to campus and has everything you would ever need from spices to bikes to coolers. Being from the PNW we always enjoy the heated pool.

ASU getaway!

The Pool House is a lovely place to stay! It is within walking distance to ASU, many restaurants and more. The hosts are warm, welcoming and available, as needed. The house is clean, the pool is the perfect temp, there is plenty of coffee and the amenities are great! We've stayed here many times and plan to return in the future.

Close to ASU, great pool

Great stay at the pool house. We were there for a college visit. It is only 5 minutes from the ASU campus. This is one of the most well stocked house I have ever stayed in. The pool is a lot of fun. We will definitely be back

Pete and Shirley are retired high school teachers. Shirley's first house, which she bought in 1985, is 3 doors from this property. Pete and Shirley have very much enjoyed renting their other property as a vacation rental since 2009 and, as a result, they purchased this property when it became available in 2011.

It is fun to live in this neighborhood. It is quiet but close to a lot of activity. ASU students as well as home-owners live throughout, making the neighborhood upbeat and lively. Pete and Shirley have lived in the area since 1985.

The house is conveniently located to ASU and the numerous activities that occur there. You can always find something to do within minutes. A dog park is located at the end of the street so it is entertaining to just sit in the front yard, watching the neighbors walking to the park each night.
