Gîte Chez Mamie A pleasant and quiet cottage by the sea

Good morning,

We offer a cottage for 4 people located in Saint Marcouf au Gougins, 100 meters from the beach, accessible on foot in 5 minutes.
You are 10 minutes from the landing beaches at Utah Beach, 15 minutes from Montebourg for the supermarket and service station and 7 minutes from Quineville for a seaside restaurant and a local grocery store.

The cottage has a private courtyard closed by a gate
It is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a living/dining room area with television and a convertible sofa.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190 double bed and the other with 2 90x190 single beds.
There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

It is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board with iron and a drying rack at your disposal.

As well as garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue for you to relax.

Sheets and towels are not provided
Animals are not accepted.
It is a non-smoking gîte.
There is no wifi in the gîte

Electricity will be metered upon arrival of the customer and upon departure will be billed at 0.24 per kWh
A deposit check of €350 will be requested upon arrival.
