Imagine sitting on your own deck overlooking the San Juan River. Watch rafters and tubers go by while your grilling dinner. Gaze out at the San Juan mountain range. Walk to the our world famous hot springs. Bike to dinner or take a 30 minute drive to our infamous ski resort, Wolf Creek. Known for receiving the most powder in all of Colorado. This newly remodeled townhome is a unique spot which you will want to return to every year.

Serenity

What a lovely place in an excellent location! Nothing better than going to sleep with the windows open and hearing the river right babbling right outside your window. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever want. The pool table downstairs was a great perk as well. It was so nice storing all of our ski stuff and getting ready downstairs before heading out to the car. Excellent pace to stay and superb communication from the owner. Thanks Chris!

Awesome Townhome

We absolutely loved this place. Location is perfect! Walking distance to hot springs and downtown Pagosa. Property manager was fantastic!

Great location and host

Sometimes I don’t want to give great reviews because I don’t want others to know about a “hidden gem” and this is one of those places. We love the location, the amenities and the set up for our family of four. Chris has set it up for a successful stay with a kitchen stocked for cooking at home, bedrooms that are comfortable and entertainment options for those days and nights we decided to stay in and have family time at home. A very short drive in to town or a nice walk along the river to get to all the places we wanted to eat and shop. All in all, Chris has done a great job providing a place to really enjoy a stay and a vacation.

Awesome place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in Pagosa Springs. Condo was great! Would definitely return here in the future. The condo had everything we needed and was great location. The host were very responsive. Highly recommend!!
