Casa de pueblo de lujo con vistas al río San Juan con enormes vistas. Hablar de la ciudad es una costumbre, la unidad final privado. Relajarse en el jacuzzi de su habitación balcón principal sobre el río mientras disfruta de las vistas a la montaña de las San Juan y Pagosa. ciervos abundantes, aves, zorros, peces y más vagar violentamente en los humedales y áreas verdes a través del río para su disfrute. Perfect river stay

Beth is a lovely attentive host. The property and the unit is perfect. It’s beautiful three stories with the most amazing hot tub on the third story overlooking the river the stars at night it couldn’t get better.

Great downtown Pagosa location right on the river

This was a great townhouse in the heart of Pagosa’s downtown area, but is also right on the river. Hot tub on the master balcony was picturesque and provided fantastic views along with the sounds of the river right below. Accommodations were very nice and included plenty of space for our family of 5, along with 2 different living spaces so the adults and kids could watch different shows at the end of the night. Very happy with this rental, and will definitely consider staying in this one again!

Great Place for Family

We have been to Pagosa Springs many times and have rented a variety of places and this one was the best. It has a great location in town and was very comfortable for my family.

Everything was as described. Beth was very easy to deal with. The accommodations are super convenient to down town and Wolf Creek. Townhouse was very comfortable for our stay .

Beautiful Condo on the River

The condo is perfect for a stay in Pagosa Springs. It's clean and beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. The balcony overlooks the river and is a perfect place for lounging and looking out at the mountains. The walk to town for coffee is a joy every morning. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 we had our own space to rest and relax. We couldn’t have ask for a more perfect place and everything you could kf wanted she had all comforts of home! I highly recommend this place!

Great overlook of the river

Very comfortable townhouse, well equipped kitchen for cooking. Nice overlook of the river and town, easy walk into the main street. We really enjoyed the hot tub, other than dogging some showers. We had one minor issue with a dead battery in the TV remote, which Beth took care of very quickly. We would recommend a massage & spending the afternoon soaking at the Springs Resort. A highlite of our trip!

Spring Break Fun!

The property was perfect for my family for a spring break ski vacation. Things we enjoyed: - It was nice to have a garage (and door opener) for our vehicle - Location was great - we loved the sounds of the San Juan River, enjoyed walking the trial at the wetlands park close by, super easy to get to hot springs and fun restaurants, and 30-35 minutes from Wolf Creek for easy drive to the mountain. - Kitchen and pantry was well stocked. - Hot tub on off the master bedroom balcony was amazing! - Bedding was cozy and comfortable. We loved our stay!

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our family of four and exceeded our expectations. The location was less than a mile walk to shopping and restaurants downtown and we loved that it overlooked the river. We enjoyed watching all the ducks, geese and deer from the balcony. The hot tub felt so nice on our sore muscles after a day of skiing. The beds were super comfy and the property had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, entertainment and even had extra toiletries. Check in/out was simple and convenient, and the level of communication with Beth was great. It was the perfect home away from home and we will definitely be booking here again when visiting Pagosa Springs!

Unfortunately Walked into a Mess

Bags full of trash on the floor, piles of sheets in the hallway, food left out, etc. when we checked in. The contact we had was for the maintenance man who didn't know who the cleaners were but was able to get through to the owner who was out of the country. We had to stay in a smaller unit next door and share bedrooms for the first night while the unit we rented was cleaned...the extra hassle, additional unpacking/packing and moving around meant less time on vacation.

Ski Trip to Pagosa Springs

This was a fantastic condo! Great location, easy to get to and with quick access to downtown Pagosa Springs. We particularly enjoyed the riverfront setting with a deck right on the river. Everything you need was provided, and the jacuzzi outside the master bedroom was a godsend after a day of skiing at Wolf Creek Ski area. We couldn't be more pleased with Talk of the Town!

Ski and Snowboarding Excursion

This property was conveniently located near the main part of town. It affords access to the San Juan River for fishing or simply enjoying the ambience of the river. For myself, family, and friends, the property was a good fit for accommodating our needs. As a tri-level property, expect to climb a couple levels of stairs.

Amazing Place In Pagosa Springs!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The place was very clean and well maintained. We were able to walk to dinner and the shops near the hot spring hotel. I would definitely come back to this place again!

Amazing!

This property is absolutely one of the best choices I’ve ever made for a VRBO. It has a view of the resort, yet private and quiet. The resort is under massive construction now and will be for quite awhile. This condo has the views, amenities, comfort and quiet with easy access to all of the area. The owner is very responsive and helpful. You won’t regret this choice.

Wonderful stay for our daughter's wedding

Very nice condo right on the San Juan River. We really enjoyed our stay here for our daughters wedding. Very close to the hot springs and city of Pagosa. Our host, Beth was very accommodating with all of our date changes. We will stay here again when in Pagosa.

Amazing river front condo

This was a 60th birthday celebration for friends. This condo was incredible. It had everything one could imagine or need. Felt like being at home only better. Everything is updated and super clean. The location could not be beat. Woke up to the sound of the river every morning with coffee on the balcony and went to sleep every night with cocktails watching the moon. Very short walk to grocery store liquor store and all kinds of shopping and eating downtown. Beth the manager was super generous and sweet and took care of anything we needed. I will definitely be back. Book this place you will love it.

Wedding weekend

Perfect location on the San Juan River with a view of downtown Pagosa Springs. We’d have coffee (which was supplied) on the back deck and watch the sunrise over the mountain, the deer in the field, and the ducks float down the river. Beautiful! The house was clean, and supplied with all the essentials. The hostess was sweet and easy to reach. We had six women and a child from our family on this trip to attend a wedding, there was plenty of room and we all loved it! (PS. If you come here, rent tubes from Ski and Bow Rack and float down the river.) Thanks Beth!
