Free BEACH service March thru October 31. Includes 2 chairs and umbrella set up daily on the beach. Condo has 2 bedroom 2 bath, also has large sleeper sofa, and two twin bunk beds, built in hallway. Unit 3c is on the 3rd floor.
Large master bedroom, queen size bed with private bath and shared balcony, 32 inch televisions in both bedrooms. 55 inch flat screen, smart TV in the living room very comfortable queen sofa sleeper. Twin built in bunk beds in hall. Lower floor balcony has slight view of the Gulf. 3rd floor balcony has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and view of the sound.
Washer and dryer microwave with convection oven completely furnished with everything needed for your stay. Small complex 19 units, Sleeps 8 comfortably. Okaloosa Island has beautiful White sandy beaches. 100 yards to beach down walkway over the protected dunes.
Grill and lounging area in fenced pool area.
Free wifi
One and half mile TO EMERALD COAST CONVENTION CENTER. Very spacious and comfy condo, home ❤️Sunset Cottages located on beautiful, quiet Okaloosa Island, 1 1/2 miles from Hwy 98 and downtown Fort Walton Beach.
6-miles from downtown Destin, Florida. Considered the 'New Destin initial supply of toilet paper paper towels garbage bags hand soap to get you started we recommend you bring Coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, beach towels, sunscreen, beach toys and anything else you may need. We have 4 condos available to rent in the same condo community Sunset Cottages.

Peaceful Stay

We booked this place for our family as a last minute getaway before school starts back. The place was spacious, had a quick walk to the beach, and close to great restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Destin

This place is perfect for a beach getaway. The amenities are awesome and the beach was beautiful. My only complaint is there not being lots of outlets, but the little kitchenette was perfect and we really enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything that we needed. Loved that it was a little further down the island from the bridge...seemed less crowded!

Great time and location!

The condo was close to the beach and the beach service was a plus. The condo was clean and included everything we needed to cook meals there. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot!

My family really enjoyed the stay. The room was just like the pictures, and is in a great location. The walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes, the location is perfect. The host was quick to respond to anything needed, room is clean and well stocked.

Loved the condo, probably the most cleanest and well kept I have stayed in all my years of going.

Very well kept condo, first time staying in Fort Walton, loved the area, quiet, traffic wasn’t bad and good restaurants close by ! Will be back !

Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. It was very clean, smelt good, and also very comfy. I’m Glad we chose to stay there. It super close to the beach which is good when you have small children. The view of the beach was amazing. We definitely will be booking there again.

Great place in Ft. Walton!

Enjoyed our stay immensely! Place was clean on check in and as listed! Had a hiccup with the door code but Sharon was immediately available to remedy the issue with no problem! Proximity to the beach was perfect! Can’t wait to get back!

Hidden Gem

We had an amazing stay. Great hidden gem location. Family friendly. Great views from all balconies. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. The home was well equipped with all your necessities and extremely cozy. Would recommend all around. We will definitely stay here again, if it’s available.

Family Vacay

We were sharing this unit with my husband's sister and her children. It was just the right floor plan for all of us. There were adequate beds for everyone and my husband and i were able to take advantage of the second floor to have some privacy in our own bedroom and bathroom

Beach trip

Details in listing were accurate so encountered no surprises when arriving to unit. Communication with property owner was excellent. Condo is in a great location. Walk to beach was short and easy. Beach was not crowded considering you have to use the public access next to condos. Great location!!!

Family road trip

We really enjoyed our stay, we arrived to the place even before the time we were supposed to and Sharon was nice enough to let us in so I would definitely recommend this place, its within feet away from the water great neighborhood so thanks for everything sheron…

A perfect Floor plan!

Our son’s family occupied the downstairs with 2 children- and 2 adults . My husband and I had the upstairs private room with bathroom. It was clean and beautifully well kept. We loved it! The owners/managers were very nice and communicated effectively and quickly. Look forward to staying here again!

Over all place was in good location, great access to beach. Place could of been a little cleaner. Just could tell it was a used rental but not complaining, I've seen way worse. Picture's are accurate. Manager was quick to respond to anything needed.

Memorial Day anniversary/birthday vacay

The condo was very nice and spacious! The only big down fall to this 3rd floor condo was NO elevator when we had to haul up groceries and beach items! The other minor issue was the germen roaches that were in the kitchen at night.

Condo has been sprayed condo association has a pest control exterminators spray monthly Palmetto bugs is what was there Elevator I say in my listing no elevator and that it is on third floor sorry you weren’t pleased
