Relax, party or kick-back in this 3 bed/2 bath house with full kitchen, BBQ grill, lounge furniture, basketball hoop, 5 big screen TV's and enough beds to sleep up to 22 guests! Enjoy the ocean breeze & 30+ citrus trees :-)

Property sits on almost 1 acre with a 2,100 sq/ft house. All 4 sofa's turn into Queen beds with a memory foam mattress. Additional bedding and towels are provided. This house sleeps a total of 22 people comfortably!

Free Electric Vehicle Charging Station provided in driveway (Tesla's need adaptor).

There are extra fees for any “events”. The charges you see right now is only for the overnight stay. We have very strict rules and guidelines for “events” at this property. All guests must get prior approval from host which consists of paying the extra Event fee if approved to continue with the booking & event. Events are defined by multiple items such as party rentals, tables and chairs, tents, catering, musicians, DJ's, etc. We must always be advised if any of this is taking place on the property and all the guests must get prior approval for any and all events and we always charge extra for this option to throw events here.

Although you have the property to enjoy to the fullest. We do ask to keep the outside music/noise to a decent volume. During the night hours when there is no traffic, noise/music tends to travel louder and can sometimes be too loud for our neighbors and cause disruption. So for the sake of no complaints please keep it to a minimum.

Bed 3 - One 3-Level Bunk Bed with Queen on Bottom, Twin in Middle and Full on Top. Plus a Daybed with Pull Out Trundle (1 Queen, 1 Full, 3 Singles)

Events are defined by multiple items such as number of guests, party rentals, tables and chairs, tents, catering, musicians, DJ's, etc. We must always be advised if any of this is taking place on the property and all the guests must get prior approval for any and all events and we always charge extra for this option to throw events here.

With the extra event fee, you are able to use the entire property grounds for your event. We have no restrictions on bringing your choice of vendors, decorations and catering to your liking. While cleaning is included in the event fee, we do expect our guests to respect the property and throw away all trash and debris into the trash bins prior to leaving.

(We have cameras on the outside areas and if we find out there is an event without it being disclosed in advance, approved, and paid for, you will be automatically charged an additional minimum $2,500)

Pet Policy: Pets allowed, but must clean up after pet. $250 fee per pet required due at booking. MUST BE DISCLOSED & PAID PRIOR TO CHECK IN. PETS ARE NEVER ALLOWED ON FURNITURE
