Never again with HomeAway
First we were told there was English TV Channels and there was not one channel then when we got there we were told we had to pay for bed linen which was only what was on the bed which was not very clean there was only two cushions for pillars there to make it worse we were also told we had to pay for water and electricity although we did get the water charges dropped
We were also told we had a oven but all we had was a hob and a microwave was a waste of time there was not even any toilet roll I could say a lot more but when I phoned all they said is it in your contract plus we were told to pay €70 for cleaning when it said in the contract it was €19 per person with a minimum of €70 can someone explain what the minimum means we could go on more but the only we have left to say is we will never book with HomeAway again
