Seafront studio, 5-minute walk from the center

Studio of 23 m² located in the Residence les Voiles bleues, boulevard Frédéric Garnier in Royan on the first floor facing the sea. Sleeps 2 people maximum.
The studio is ideally located and once settled, you will only have to cross the crosswalk to relax on the beach of the Grande Conche.
As soon as you enter the studio you will feel like you are on holiday.
The bathroom is nearby (shower, single sink, toilet).
In the living room you can enjoy a real sofa bed (very comfortable for 2 people), a television, a table and chairs to eat, all facing the sea.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge (top), filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, microwave, two induction hobs.
Finally, the terrace, quite large, faces the sea. You can have your coffee and eat thanks to the furniture in place.
Parking is in the street (free). The Mickey Club is set up during the summer for children (see the town hall for information).
The downtown is close by as well as amenities and shops.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge, as well as beds made. Duvets and pillows available
NO INTERNET, pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal noise is punishable by the intervention of the police. House rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
