Just Renovated January 2023! Bright Haus Retreat at the Village at Breckenridge Resort and Ski Area is located at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Lift, where the mountain meets the beautiful Historic town of Breckenridge. The condo is on the 6th floor of the Wetterhorn Building and has a large balcony off the bedroom and living room provides beautiful views of the Ten Mile Mountain range, twenty miles down the Blue River Valley and Historic Breckenridge city lights at night.

ski in and ski out and location CAN NOT BE BEAT. cleanliness was perfect, fully functional, great view, awesome fireplace that really throws some heat with the fan. being part of the village makes it very convenient to EVERYTHING. would definitely repeat. 3rd time in Breck and this location is the favorite. excellent communication with the owners who have a good system and seem to have thought of everything. the entry system seemed daunting at first but repeated reading helped and things all worked as expected with little variance from perfection. Great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bright Haus Retreat! The unit was fully updated, clean and well stocked. Very well set up for days of skiing as well as hanging out in the condo with games and puzzles available. We appreciated the availability of storage lockers to use for our luggage before and after check in/check out. The owners were quick to communicate. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location, about 100 yards from Quicksilver lift at base of Peak 9, and 100 yards from Main Street to enjoy the amazing village at Breck. Jeff and Sandy are amazing hosts. They are quick to respond and eager to serve. We had a small issue with our ability to regulate the temperature and they made an hour drive to set up their portable AC to make sure we were comfortable. They also brought us champagne to celebrate New Years. They are the best! Thanks for a great stay.

Our family has a long history of 5 generations of living in Colorado. Of all the places in Colorado that we could have chosen for our vacation home, we chose Breckenridge. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge all our lives. Here is a picture of a recent rafting trip we took on the Arkansas River.

Why they chose this property

The Village at Breckenridge is the best location in Breckenridge. This is where the town and the mountain meet. The location has the Maggie Pond and many events in the Plaza at the Village year round. Breckenridge is a Victorian Mining Town and the town's people take great pride in maintaining that ambiance. This location doesn't require a car. Walk to everything. There is free bus and trolley service that is also available steps from the condo. Ski in and Ski out at the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. The "Village" Ski School is right on the grounds. Beaver ponds are a short hike on the burro trail. Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.

At a convention? The Beaver Run convention center is about a 5 minute walk.
