10 mins from Epernay (capital of Champagne), 1h15 by train from Paris and less than 2 hours by car, the house is close to all amenities.

The house is accessible from the road. We have 1 space in a closed parking lot, several cars can also be parked on the slope of the garage (beware however of low cars, there is a gutter to pass), otherwise there is a free public parking 20m from the house (about 8 spaces possible).

You book the entire accommodation, so you have access to the entire accommodation (excluding closed dressing room(s) and pantry) and its equipment (fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, children's games, outdoor furniture, etc.).

We provide families who request them with cots, high chairs, deckchairs and a playpen.

We can provide you with contact details of good restaurants in the area, champagne cellars to visit, babysitters and other activities if needed.

Be careful to access the 1st floor (bedrooms and bathrooms) it is not a staircase but a slope. In socks, it can be slippery. It is therefore advisable to assemble it barefoot, or in non-slip slippers.
