Not far from a farm. Enclosed property of approximately 500 m². Access to the entrance via a few steps (6), leading to an entryway with storage. Separate kitchen. Hallway leading to a veranda with access to the enclosed garden, 3 bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed, another with a 160x200 bed, and one with a 120x190 bed), bathroom, separate toilet. On-site parking. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity available as an option (based on meter reading). Shading: wooden shutters.
