This is a beautifully renovated home located minutes from Indian Shores, Madeira Beach and Redington Shores. This centrally located property is within driving distance to all the sandy beaches on the west, including Clearwater, Pier 60 Park, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach and Fort De Soto Park.

If you want to just relax, this 1550 SF property has a spacious open floor plan with a fully renovated kitchen, dining and living room area and 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms to accommodate all your indoor entertainment needs. The backyard has a BRAND NEW SWIMMING POOL with a heating feature (please inquire regarding fee), and paved decking for the kiddos to take a dip and cool off. Bring your fishing rods so you can do some fishing right from the canal located right in the back yard! Then light up your evening at the fire pit where the kiddos can roast some s'mores.

The third bathroom is conveniently located in the renovated 4th bedroom/entertainment room with access to the back yard and pool, making it easy to wash off after a dip in the pool or lake. There's also a washer/dryer to throw your dirty wet clothes in.

The property also features a 7 gal/min tankless water heater, ensuring you won’t run out of hot water in the showers.

Our door did not lock. Contacted the owner and they tried to fix it. We were told to use the fence in back and that was hard cause there was a lock on it. The backyard pictures were nothing like the pictures online. We were looking forward to sitting out by the firepit and canal. The house inside was nice and clean. Very welcoming!

The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The house had very nice amenities, comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen.Unfortunately, we were informed the day we arrived that the back yard and all the things pictured on the VRBO site - chairs overlooking the canal, outdoor grill, table and chairs - would be unavailable to us due to renovations to the backyard. After receiving our complaints and disappointment the host postponed the major construction piece - jackhammering the concrete patio - until we checked out. Still, the backyard and its amenities, a reason we chose this house, were unusable while we were there.

Host was very attentive. The house was not as depicted on the website. The back yard was totally unusable with plastic fencing and the water view depicted in the picture was not there. Inside of the house was dirty and one of the bathrooms was not working properly. Hard to get hot water in the back bedroom. The house had ants and a paper bug catcher in the living room where a child or pet could get to it. I would never rent this house again

Hi Regina. Thank you for your feedback as it is important that we know how we can improve. However, to fair, we did note in our listing that the pool area was being renovated and not accessible. Guests are still able to access the canal and firepit. We are unsure what you by plastic fencing as the property is surrounded by metal wire fence. If there were any issues with the interior, whether it be a dirty spot or bugs, if you had notified us we would have gladly sent someone to the the property to have it resolved. Hot water has never been a problem as the property is equipped with an electric tankless heater. Again, if this was an issue, we would have glad helped to resolve quickly and amicably had it been reported to us. We have vendors perform regularly scheduled services to mitigate any pest issues. Still we thank you for the feedback and our goal is is provide the best service possible for our guests.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and very close to several beaches. The communication with the owner was excellent. He responded almost immediately every single time I messaged.

Great property

We were in town for a brief stay and appreciated the proximity to family. The house is in wonderful condition and has plenty’s of space.

Great Location

The house was a perfect location for us and our family. Just a 10min drive to beautiful gulf beaches, we were able to spend time at the beach and the house pool every day. The house is short drive to groceries, shopping and restaurants. House owner was very accommodating to my requests.

Family Reunion

This place was perfect for our little family reunion. The kids had the pool the men had fishing and there was plenty of space for our entire family of 6. Great location with grocery store and beach near. We would love to stay again!

Overall experience was a great clean home. The kids loved the pool and the big shower in the master bathroom. Beautifully decorated and very well organized. The owner was very responsive. Will stay here again!

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for me and my family for our stay in Florida. It was just the right size for the 6 of us, very clean and had everything we needed. It was a good location and just a short drive to go where we wanted to (shopping, eating the beaches and entertainment) while we were there. I highly recommend this place if you are planning on staying in the area

Great Spot

4 adults that enjoy cycling, it was a great spot, easy access to Pinellas Trails. The house was very well equipped for doing our own meals, plenty of dishes, could use a little more cutlery, but not a big deal. The Bbq was the best we've ever had at a VRBO!! Totally enjoyed our stay here.

Fun Times in Seminole

The property is perfectly placed close to restaurants, the beach and shopping, which was perfect for us! There are things to do that are close but the location is quiet and private. This was our second time of staying at this property and we felt very safe and comfortable and at home here! I would recommend it to anyone!

Very thoughtful hosts

Excellent Property, the hosts have thought of fairly everything, a vacationing family may need. Great layout of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Beaches and other attractions are a good 25-30 minutes away. Overall very happy with this property.

Spring break

We loved the house and location it was great for the grandkids. They loved the fishing caught some large mouth bass wildlife in the area was great. Would definitely recommend this place highly, close to beaches but in a nice quiet neighborhood . Will definitely book again! We had everything we needed we even used the fire pit for marshmallows.
