Villa Cormac features a bright and inviting floorplan, vaulted ceilings, and comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway!

This charming 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. With nearly 1,600 square feet, this vacation home is perfect for entertaining family and friends!

During your stay, enjoy complimentary high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs in the master bedroom and living area with included Smart TV service for all your entertainment needs.

***IMPORTANT NOTE ***

For all bookings made after May 30th, 2025, electricity usage is included in your booking total for stays up to 7 nights.

For reservations longer than 7 nights, an additional electricity charge will apply and will be requested separately through Airbnb’s Resolution Center prior to check-in. The nightly rate for extended stays varies by property and ranges from $15 to $25 per night.

Please note that access to the home may be restricted until the electricity payment has been received.

All bookings made prior to May 30th,2025, will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, there will be no additional payment required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will be contacting you for the additional payment . The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.


Please note: We provide a starter package of essentials, including detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

We stayed for 10 days and our first time using VRBO. The accommodations were fantastic and the location is perfect, close to everything! Everything was spotless when we arrived, the house was fully stocked with anything we could have needed (pool toys, beach toys, games, hair styling tools, bath/pool towels, wagons, coolers, etc). We were absolutely blown away! Just bring your clothes, food, and toiletries! We will definitely book this property for all future trips to SWFL!

Lovely stay

We, family of 4, stayed for 6 nights and loved the house from the very first day. Super clean and spacious, just like shown in the pictures! Super nice pool area with outside furniture, pool bar/bbq area. The house had everything you need in terms of e.g. kitchen supplies, towels etc. Check in and communication with Jana was fantastic! If we would have known that it’s gonna be that lovely, We’d have stayed even longer. Highly recommend and we would come back again

We really enjoyed our stay here. Jana was beyond helpful and friendly. Our arrival flight was changed and she allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. On the way home our flight got canceled, we had to stay another night...Jana's place would not be available however she quickly got us into another property directly across the street. This was so helpful to us and we didn't have to waste any time last minute looking for a hotel. Overall, the home was pretty clean and had everything we needed. Sarah

Family Vacation

This house was just as described on the website and the property management team was amazing to work with. The house was very clean and inviting and my kids absolutely loved the heated pool. Not one bad word to say about this rental, the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood on a corner lot with publics the grocery store across the street we are looking forward to renting this amazing property again sometime soon.

Winter getaway

House was as advertised with exception of TV content. Didn't realize we only had Sling TV until we checked in. Notified property manager, Jana, and within 1 day, the owner signed up for Hulu live+. Could not have been happier with how responsive owner/manager were. Usually stay on Ft Myers side but the Cape was a nice change. House was close to grocery, wal-mart, and numerous restaurants. Got plenty of use with pool and BBQ grill.

Very clean and comfortable house

The property was in beautiful condition in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and many of south Florida’s amenities. Our host met us upon check in to go over policies and to read the electric meter. This was our first rental where we were charged for the electricity we used aside from the room fee. While this charge was not hidden from us, it felt like we were being squeezed for a “little extra.” Had we used the pool and left the pool heater running, our “little extra” fee would have been significantly more.
