Welcome to our stunning luxury Airbnb!
We're thrilled to offer you a one-of-a-kind experience that combines elegance, comfort, and convenience. We have created this space with the utmost attention to detail, so we hope you'll appreciate the high end finishes. We've also provided a range of amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable., such as high-speed wifi, smart Tv's , premium bedding and toiletries.
Our beautiful pool will offer you a refreshing escape. We provided you towel, sunscreen and some pool toys for your convenience, so feel free to use them during your stay. Our rental features a massage chair, Gym and a pool table. We hope you enjoy all the amenities and that it will make your stay even more enjoyable.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding your recent stay with us. Your dissatisfaction with our services is evident in your 1-star review, which I believe is a retaliatory response to the charges incurred during your stay. Upon your arrival, I inquired about your satisfaction with the property, and it was represented that everything was satisfactory. You had requested that the pool be heated throughout your stay, and I had explained our policy regarding pool heating, including the associated charges. Despite this, it appears that the pool was heated continuously, resulting in additional energy costs. I take pride in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, it seems that certain expectations and guidelines were not respected during your visit. I would like to address the issues that led to your dissatisfaction and clarify our policies for future guests. I appreciate your feedback and hope that you can understand our perspective on this matter. However, I must inform you that we will not be able to accommodate future bookings from you.
