Can Borino (ETV/15839). Hus med två sovrum för 4 personer i konstnärernas byn Deia.
Den naturliga stenhus ligger mitt i en stor vacker trädgård, genom att bjuda in dig att uppdatera en liten sten pool.
Från fastigheten har du en fantastisk utsikt över byn Deia bowling med sin kyrka, som är upplyst på natten och de vackra Tramuntana bergen och en avlägsen havsutsikt i Cala Deia.
Trots de få minuter som huset är från centrum, erbjuder trädgården en helt skyddad från nyfikna ögon, lugn plats att koppla av.
Huset har två sovrum med dubbelsängar och alla har ett badrum. Den kärleksfullt och individuellt inredda hus erbjuder en genuint ursprunglig arkitektur ljusa och rymliga livsrum. Genom olika nivåer i trädgården, erbjuder en hel del dolda hörn i trädgården.
Genom en vacker vandringsled för att nå bukten Deia i cirka 15 minuter.

This is a classic home in Majorca. The setting is beautiful. It was wonderful to come home to such a wonderful home, with the plunge pool. And to be walking distance to the restaurants of Deia was a plus. Highly recommend.

Excellent all the way around

We had a great stay and love the little house. Only recommendation is to improve the lighting in the house which can be done simply.

Conveniently located for Deia village Centre, the 10 minute walk up the hill is no problem at all. Also relatively easy to get down to the beach (35 minute walk) without the issue of having to park there.Parking on site at the Villa (finca) was a real plus, be mindful the road down to the Villa is quite narrow, but then we did have a medium sized SUV

Serene stay

We loved the house, it was beautifully situated in lovely grounds and stylish while practical. The rustic kitchen /lounge suited us perfectly and the provision of household basics in the kitchen made it homely and easy for our family. Kids loved jumping in the pool and the view to the sea is serene. We would highly recommend this house. Thank you

Idyllic indeed!

We loved our stay in Deia so very much and this hideaway gorgeous house (everywhere you look is so beautiful!) in the village was the perfect base to enjoy it all. The pool and view to the sea from it were our very favorites, and sleeping was a dream in those comfy beds. My only little comment would be that the many fragile objets decorating the house made me nervous vs my playful children - maybe, when hosting families, putting a few away might be best, just in case? Moltes gràcies Daniela for your help with everything, we hope to be back some day soon!

Fantastic holiday in Dèia!

Beautiful, characterful villa set in lush gardens. A short walk up a twisty road takes you into the centre of the town which has good choice of restaurants, arty shops and a small grocery store. We found the villa extremely well equipped for our short stay with everything we could possibly require. During the day we found the villa cool and airy & at night the air conditioning in the bedrooms along with extremely comfortable beds ensured a great night’s sleep! A word of advice though is to make sure you cover up and use plenty of insect repellent if sitting outside the villa in the evening as we did get quite a few mosquito bites! Highly recommend a stay here 😊

A quiet oasis

The house was gorgeous, well equipped, and very comfortable. For three 60 plus year old women the stairs were tricky but doable. We never would have found the house without the assistance of the property manager so don’t arrive at night! The house is located in a valley of sorts and we may have preferred being on a hill with more of a view but it was still lovely. There is a 12 min uphill walk to town and a 30 min plus hike to the beach. Not easy but manageable. I would definitely recommend.

The perfect place for our family stay. The air con and the swimming pool totally saved us in this super hot period. The traditionnal mayorcan house is just a dream place, hidden behind trees and flowers, in one of the nicest area in Sierra Tramuntana. You can get everything you need in a short walk to the village, even if the grocery store is quite expensive. I would advise to buy food in Palma, or in supermarket in Soller.

We found this property to be pretty much as we expected and enjoyed a really good holiday. The property is a good size for up to four people and the location is well known to us as we have stayed in the neighbouring house on two previous holidays. However, we have some points which we feel require attention to achieve full marks. These include: Storage for quests is inadequate. The lower bedroom has no hanging wardrobe and the chest of draws was filled with the owners belongings. The upper bedroom has a good wardrobe but the draws were also filled with owners items. To make space for our clothes, we bagged the owners items and stowed them under the bed. The kitchen is rather chaotic, with crockery mixed with food stuff (condiments, herbs, oils, pasta, etc.) and the utensils and cooking tools were mostly old and worn out. The major problem for us however, was the interior lighting. Most of the electric light fittings were in poor condition (as we highlighted to Daniela and her staff - and we thank them for trying to rectify this situation). Unfortunately, the overall result was that after sunset, we enjoyed very "atmospheric" but totally inadequate lighting.We very much appreciated the comfy bed, the car parking space and a great garden. These helped make up for the inconveniences detailed above. This is without doubt, a fine property which is ready for an upgrade to meet the requirements of the regular holiday rental market in Deia. Erholung pur in Deia

Ein sehr schönes Haus auf einem traumhaft schönen Grundstück und das alles inmitten von Deia. Der große Garten, der sich über vier Terrassen erstreckt, ist so gut wie nicht von der Straße einsehbar. Dafür reicht der Blick sowohl auf die umliegenden Berge, das Dorf und das Meer. Die Sonne scheint fast den ganzen auf das Grundstück und so konnten wir viele Stunden auf dem Gelände genießen. Leider war es während unseres Aufenthaltes überwiegend recht kühl, doch dank der eingebauten Heizung, die sehr gut regelbar ist, war das Innere des Gebäudes angenehm warm. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, im Garten hätte es auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, zu grillen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer , verteilt auf beide Etagen des Hauses, das über sehr viele, große Fenster mit Blick in das Grüne und zahlreiche Türen zu den diversen Terrassen verfügt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem; selten haben wir im Urlaub so lange geschlafen und sind ohne irgendwelche Schmerzen aufgewacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, haben uns phantastisch erholt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

great place and cool in summer

Very nice house with style and character. Not good for small children because there are so many steps and level changes but we had not planned to bring an infant and the house is not advertised as suitable for small children. Quite a walk to the sea, nearby beach is rocky and has big waves but stunning! Great place, we will come back.

Gran experiencia

Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia en la casa. Todas las zonas exteriores son impresionantes y se respira muchísima paz aunque a su vez estas muy cerca del pueblo. La zona es también maravillosa. Quizás como único pero destacaría que la casa no tiene lavavajillas ni aire acondicionado, es una casa “rústica” por lo que puede no cuadrarte si buscas algo muy moderno. A nosotros nos encanto y ya estamos deseando repetir!!

Deia house

Beautiful house, well decorated with a little, but perfect pool. A tasteful paradise and a real joy to stay here. Make sure you have enough mosquito lotion because you can only sit outside when protected.

Boho Spot

We loved our experience at this house. The outside gardens where lush and beautiful with views of the mountains and a little bit of the sea. The house itself was functional with a boho feel, nothing to fancy but perfect for our needs.
