Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. Bath/toilet/sink. Double room with double bed (160x200). Modern and comfortable furnishing. Shared laundry room and ski room. Garage (height 195 cm). Animals are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Pro Silvaplana was built in 1995. The houses are located on the edge of the centre of Silvaplana. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The Corvatsch mountain, skiing area in the winter and starting point of beautiful hiking trips in the summer, is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 700 m away. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction.
