Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer, the wellness area is open from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., from 20 June 2026 and until 30 August 2026, every day except Saturday (forecast dates, except exceptional closures).For the winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 3 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Thursday outside school holidays (forecast dates, unless otherwise closed).Key points: - Heart of life of the station- Close to shops and services- Direct access to the snow front and runways- Heated outdoor pool, fitness room and saunas



Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day.The Agence des Orres offers this beautiful apartment of 48 m2 located on the shopping square of the Orres 1800, on the first floor of its residence "Les Érines" of the Hauts de Préclaux, with lift; and which can comfortably accommodate 8 people.It consists of an entrance with storage, a spacious living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a shower room, a separate toilet and a balcony overlooking the Serre-Ponçon valley.The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary to prepare good dishes after your outdoor activities: Tassimo dossette coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue appliances, dishwasher, microwave, croque-monsieur and crêper machine, etc...On the sleeping side, you will find a bedroom with a double bed in 140 x 190 cm with many storage spaces, a bedroom with two single beds in 80 x 190 cm that can be reached in 160 x 190 cm if desired and with closet, a sleeping area with two single beds in 80 x 190 cm and a sofa bed in 140 x 190 cm in the living room.You will be close to all the restaurants, superette, bakery, small shops and activities offered by the resort, and only a few meters from the snow front in winter and departures of hiking and mountain biking in summer.Finally, you will enjoy a private ski locker and free access to the residence's magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness area (open during the winter and summer seasons).
