Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome (Unit 12) is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Resort and offers convenience in all seasons. This is a slope side retreat right at the base of one of Purgatory’s favorite runs, Lower Hades (just walk up to Lower Hades from the townhome). Ski down to the high-speed six pack in the morning, and ski right back to your door in the afternoon. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door (See drone photo).

The condo offers plenty of space for multiple families and features an open floor plan and Smart TVs, games/puzzles as well as parking at the unit for 2 vehicles, washer and dryer, super fast Starlink WIFI (much faster then Purgatory supplied WIFI) and a gas grill and seating on the back patio. A Level 2 EV charger was recently installed.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
