Your dream rental is fenced, professionally landscaped and just nine houses from the beach and the prestigious shopping and restaurant district. The heated swimming pool is lined in black thermal lining to attract the sun's natural warmth and the surrounding area is thoughtfully landscaped for your privacy. There is a four stop elevator starting on the ground floor. The first floor boasts a family room with wet bar, large sectional sleeper sofa, TV and sliding glass doors to your fenced, private pool equipped with lounge chairs. This floor also has a large utility room with an extra large washer and dryer, sink, granite top folding area, ironing board, and many cabinets and shelves to store your items. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed with an attached full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed and a full bathroom.
Take the elevator or staircase to the next level and relish in a modern, gourmet kitchen with an expansive, granite top center island furnished with five bar stools and stainless steel Jenn Air appliances. Adjacent is the dining area with seating for eight guests, a second inviting family room with furnishings that offer both exceptional beauty and comfort, and a spacious deck with lounge seating along with an additional outdoor dining area with ceiling fan. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 3 has one Queen Bed with attached full bathroom and private sun deck overlooking the pool. Bedroom 4 has one Queen Bed with attached full bathroom with tub. There is an additional half bath plus a huge walk in pantry off of the kitchen to store all of your essentials during your stay.

Summer fun

Our family vacation in Avalon was great. The property allowed for privacy with the amount of bedrooms and associated bathroom with each bedroom. The elevator was a plus for the adult with a mobility issue. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a lovely neighborhood. Kitchen and gathering spaces were large and comfortable. Overall, a home we would recommend.

Fantastic house minutes away from the beach

This house was great. My family and I stayed here with my parents and another family with their kids. The location is perfect. You are a quick bike ride (probably 5 min) or walk (about 20 min) to the town, and you are only 1.5 blocks from the beach. The house is clean and looks brand new. the layout is great for families. There are several rooms on the bottom floor that are perfect for kids, in addition to a living area where the kids could watch a movie. The kitchen is upstairs and is open and spacious. There are numerous balconies and eating areas. The master bedroom is beautiful and secluded-feeling. The best part was probably the pool. We have several young kids, and they honestly loved spending time in the pool more than at the beach. Communication with the host was simple and he was quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend this place, and we would love to stay here again.

Best Beach House EVER!

I would give this property 20 stars if I could! Every year we rent a beach house for our whole family. Me and my sister, our spouses, our kids, and my parents. My dad is handicapped so we need an elevator, which limits our options. All of the houses we stay in are lovely. This was the first one that was actually better than the pictures. The location is great, the pool is beautiful, the house is laid out very thoughtfully so it’s super convenient! It was super clean so definitely no ick factor with any of it. It really is amazing. The best part about this rental, however, is the owner, Steve. He is absolutely phenomenal. We texted him a couple of times with minor issues, and he was so quick to respond. And so pleasant! At one point he called to check on something we were having a problem with (one of the TVs…nothing big), and he spent at least 15 minutes chatting and helping us problem solve. If the people on my team at work were half as efficient and easy to deal with, I would be a much happier employee! He’s WONDERFUL! The house is FABULOUS! Highly recommend this property!!!! Thank you, Steve!!!!!

Beautiful Beach rental!

This house was amazing! It was so beautiful, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for families! It was a short walk to the beach and to the main town of Avalon. Communication with the host was great, he responded promptly and was very helpful if we had a question/concern! We will definitely rent this property again!
