200m2 villa overlooking the port of Evian and Lake Geneva. It benefits from a panoramic view of the lake and part of the mountain ranges of the Alps. The villa is exposed in such a way that it can benefit from the sun's rays all day long. In good weather, the sunrise and sunset can be watched from the balcony. Its geographical location near the city center and the banks of the lake make it the ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace.

We had an amazing stay. The host was lovely and very responsive. The house was perfect for 2 families with 4 kids. Absolutely incredible views of the lake, very well equipped with everything we needed and very close to many fun activities.

Great location and brilliant view of the lake. Everything was as described and Kaltoum was excellent at keeping the communication flowing / organising our stay. An excellent property.for our family of six.

Comfortable house with a beautiful view! We enjoyed playing games provided by the host and making simple family dinners in the fully stocked kitchen. We were able to take a short drive to some beautiful hikes near by.

Køkkenet manglede MANGE ting (såsom skærebræt og ordentlige knive). Fint at der er 4 kaffemaskiner, hvor en kun virker. Rust på bestikket, ikke særlig appetitligt.

Bonjour Pernille et merci pour votre retour. Nous avons à cœur de garantir un service de qualité pour nos voyageurs comme l’atteste les commentaires extérieurs. Il est bien dommage que vous ne m’ayez pas sollicité pendant votre séjour car j’aurai pu vous apporter des informations précieuses pendant votre séjour: Les planches à découper sont positionnés sur la plaque de cuisson. Aussi il y avait une planche à découper en verre. La machine à café Dolce gusto et la Delongui sont en parfait état de marche. Effectivement, nous avons observé qu’une des machine à café, à filtre, avait perdu son adapteur. La 4eme machine est une machine à thé. Aussi, nous avons re contrôlé les couverts à la recherche de ceux rouillés et nous n’avons rien trouvé! Nous n’avons pas reçu de plaintes de voyageurs qui vous ont succédé. Nous aurons à cœur et le plaisir de vous accueillir une nouvelle fois, pour vous satisfaire. Meilleures salutations.

Als Familie haben wir ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Evian verbracht. Die Aussicht auf den See ist atemberaubend, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach aufpassen mit dem Parkieren vom Auto auf dem Areal. Sehr schnell können sich der Boden und der Strassenbelag berühren.

Belvédère Évian

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours au Belvédère, le logement est bien spacieux et bien équipé. Petit bémol pour la literie qui pourrait être amélioré au vu du prix de la prestation (présence d’un creux pour 2 lits). Un autre petit plus pourrait être apporté en mettant à disposition un gel douche dans les salles de bain. Cependant bonne communication avec l’hôte .
