Very nice villa, newly renovated, ideally situated in a residential area very close to the city center and the beach.
Composition: kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room
Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, 2x dishwasher, terrace, satellite tv, air conditioning, garden, free wireless internet, safe deposit, no parties, private entrance, toilet, shower, double bed, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, double sofa bed, big screen tv.
The villa is at 500 meters from the beach and 1,5 kms from all the shops, restaurants, the golf, casino, the local weekly market and the marina.
Guarantee deposit of 750 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 90 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 1,20 € per adult per night to be paid at the booking.
