Close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Walking distance from Whole Foods Market, Staple Center and South-park. Right across from new downtown LA Apple store and more. The condo has tile floors all throughout, 14 ft. vaulted ceilings, brand new luxury furniture, huge 10ft windows, private balcony, brand new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, high speed internet and more. Incredible view of downtown Los Angeles skyline from the living room.
The building has a rooftop gym, rooftop pool & Jacuzzi, Mail/Packages room, private security. Pet friendly.
Rent is $3800 for 12-months lease. Security deposit of one month. There are 1,3 and 6 months lease options available.
High speed internet, water and trash included. Tenant pay for electrical. Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a credit and background check.
