Un paseo fácil a Staples Center, LA Live!, MICROSOFT Square, METRO y el Centro de Convenciones de Los Ángeles, donde disfrutará de excelentes restaurantes, cines, eventos deportivos, conciertos en vivo, el Museo Grammy, ESPN Zone, el Teatro MICROSOFT y las residencias combinadas JB Marriott / Ritz Carlton propiedad. Great spot! It has everything I needed, from laundry to the right sauce pans for dinner and breakfast. Even down to the provided coffee creamers, the details are in order. The gym is nice and helpful if you want to work off your DTLA dinner calories. The coffee shop, Ideology, is great, and right across the street, plus half a block from an excellent breakfast sandwich spot too. Doormen are friendly, and the host is responsive. This is our go-to first choice when headed to Crypto arena or convention center. Thank you Paula for a great stay.

Would love to rent again

Rented this property for a convention and it was one of the best ones I've rented thus far. Very short walk from the convention center, clean, friendly staff, quiet, and very comfortable. The massage chair was a highlight after a long day walking the convention center!

Great location in walking distance to the Convention Center

An excellent, clean, well appropriated apartment in walking distance to the conference I was attending at the convention center. The host was VERY available and helpful in navigation the not so obvious entrance into the parking structure and responding to my questions thru out my stay!

Spacious and convenient

We were looking for accommodations located near the Convention Center that were quiet, had a king bed and parking. This place is located about a 10 minute walk from the Convention Center and has some great bars and restaurants nearby. Paula was always available to answer questions and the parking was very convenient. The place is spacious and is well stocked. Wish the bed was more comfortable but that’s personal preference. No noise from the other tenants but there is definitely street noise - - not sure how you avoid that.

restful, quiet spot in the heart of downtown

The apartment is very nicely appointed, is comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is well-stocked and the pool and patio area is particularly inviting. Paula is easy to reach. Great place for our week's stay in LA!

Perfect townhouse near the Convention Center

Stayed here for a conference at the Convention Center. This is really the perfect place to stay in DTLA, close to everything. Clean, safe, stylish, and everything is provided. Love the massage chair! Everything is so easy with this rental. Paula is the perfect host and easy to communicate with. I am a repeat visitor and I will be sure to return next time I need to be in LA for a conference.

Great block, centrally located

The communication with the owner was excellent, with very fast replies. The apartment is spacious and on a street that felt close enough but quiet enough. The area felt safe, and the property operates with front desk staff. Parking is a nice benefit, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the washer/dryer was also a plus. We were there for a convention center event, and the location is easily walkable to LA live, Peacock Theatre, the convention center, and Crypto arena. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location

Beautiful views, great location. Close to great restaurants and a legendary breakfast restaurant. All within walking distance. Great condo , great parking spots this condo has it all and more. Excellent communication with the owner. We had a great stay.

My Wife and I enjoy your stay at your property, whereas everything was advertised as listed. We've stayed in the Staples Center (Crypto.com Arena) area before. However, what we enjoyed most about this time around, was AWESOME layout, that included the personal touch of a massage chair, after a day out. Paula you were a GREAT host and thank you for hosting us. We would GLADLY stay here again, if it's available. Paula, enjoy the remainder of your 2024, and I hope that you have a wonderful and prosperous 2025.

Fantastic VRBO

Everything was top notch from communication with the owner, to check-in, cleanliness and amenities. If you are looking for a place a short walk to the convention center or Crypto Arena this unit is perfect. The unit was well equipped and there is 24 hour concierge in the lobby which gave me a sense of security as a single traveler.

Nice stay in sunny LA

My son had a week long internship for a film festival at Regal LA Live. The apartment is a short walk from the venue as well as the basketball stadium and convention center. This area of downtown is clean and safe. Many young professionals living in this building and the neighboring buildings. Restaurants, grocery and Target all within short walk. Also close enough to the highway for easy access to other parts of the area. The apartment is a spacious loft style studio (one big room) with a comfortable sleeping area with large closet, king bed, and nightstands which can be partitioned off with curtains. The kitchen is well-appointed, the bathroom large and the in-apartment laundry room very convenient. The exercise room is clean and has everything you could need. The 24-hour front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The parking is convenient since it is on the same floor as the apartment, however, it is a bit snug, so go in and out slowly. Paula was an excellent host, communicated with us well and even checked in with us after our arrival to see if everything was ok. I highly recommend her apartment and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Absolutely relaxing

I've stayed in hotels and other rental spaces in my day, this was by far the best! It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and with it's own laundry area. The massage chair was by far the highlight of the stay, that's to that chair we were able to walk around even more and explore. Paula's Email was detailed and helpful to navigate, get the keys and just enjoy my stay. The rules are simple and well within reason, I would most def stay again if I get a chance.

We were traveling for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. This was the perfect place! Nice easy walk and we felt very safe. The massage chair was the family favorite! Thanks for a delightful stay and we hope to be back again next year.

LA visit with my son

This is our 2nd staying at this condo. The place had everything we needed including an awesome massage chair. Plenty of outside grills and places to eat outside. The location is within walking distance of grocery store, drug store and many restaurants. Only 2 min from my son!

March Madness visit

Property was perfect to see events at Crypto arena. 5 minute walk and felt very safe. Coffee and neighborhood bar next door. Walked to other restaurants, FIDM and FIG mall. Space was spotless and many thoughtful items like charge stations . Parking spot is a huge bonus !!

Paula's condo and the surrounding area were outstanding!!!

Paula’s condo was outstanding, full of amenities and necessities! It is a 1200 sq. ft. unit on the second floor in a secure building, with 2 tandem parking spaces on the same level, just steps away from the condo and the elevators to the lower level for street access. Both the garage entrance and the elevators require a key fob to access, so it is a very safe environment. The condo is literally less than a 5-minute walk to the crypto.com arena (even for people in their mid-to late 60’s); just a minute or two further to everything at L.A. Live; and a short 5-7 minute walk to Ralphs, the local grocery store, and Ralphs has an underground parking garage, so you can even drive and park for free, to and from Paula’s condo. Also, given its proximity to the crypto.com arena, there is a lot of foot traffic, so it is very safe and comfortable to walk to the area, even later in the evening. Also, the L.A. traffic issues are highly over-rated. We found downtown L.A. extremely simple to drive using “Maps” compared to places like Boston and we were constantly leaving town as others tried to get in or getting into town, when others were leaving the city, so we only encountered traffic problems 1-2 times in our 7-day trip. I would highly recommend Paula’s condo and the whole L.A. experience.

For several years my family has worked with a humanitarian foundation supporting tribal schools with over 1,000 poor, abandoned, under-served, and stateless residential school children in Chiangmai and Maehongson province, Thailand near the Myanmar (Burma) border. Originally from Bangkok Thailand, I love it here in downtown LA as a second home away from home. Bangkok's original name in native Thai is called 'KrungThep'. It has the same meaning as Los Angeles - the 'City of Angels'. LA also shares a similar crazy traffic style (as in Bangkok), and has many wonderful Thai restaurants. I return to Thailand every year with friends and family for humanitarian projects so this loft is decorated with a taste of Thai spirit. I enjoy bringing back memories of the good deeds from the trips to share with fellow travelers. I am happy to share my 'Thai flare' décor with all of my guests, and hope you are enjoying your stay here with peace and comfort. Thank you for staying at the LUMA Loft on your LA vacation. Luma building - luxury condo/loft in the heart of the city. An easy walk to staples center, la live!, and the la convention center - where you will enjoy numerous restaurants, movie theaters, sporting events, live concerts, the grammy museum, espn zone, nokia plaza, the nokia theater and the combined jw marriott / ritz carlton residences property. There's a wonderful danish bakery right outside the front door as well as starbucks right around the corner, and restaurants in all directions. Aeg, (the sports & entertainment giant) has its new world headquarters right across the street in the historic desmond building. You can walk to the financial or fashion district, the historic core, or hop the metro to hollywood/universal studios or the long beach aquarium. A car is not necessary to get you here... You can take the flyaway bus from lax to union station and then either the metro line or a short taxi ride to the luma building. If you have a car while visiting, your personal covered parking for two vehicles is directly outside the unit. Hiking trails, universal studios, hollywood walk of fame and beautiful beaches are all a 20 minute drive. Disneyland and knott's berry farm are a 50 minute drive, and san diego's legoland, seaworld, balboa park, san diego zoo and sea port village are a just a two-hour drive. Our loft is located in a great area of downtown where you may encounter movie stars or filming on any given day. Luma is a leed-certified green building.

It is very easy for us to visit hollywood & thai town to enjoy authentic thai food and a genuine therapeutic thai massage. You can take the subway from our unit and enjoy no traffic... The blue line connects to the red line and you are on the way to hollywood and universal studios. The subway station from our condo is an easy walk down the street.
