Beaucoup de problèmes pour une location à 1600 eur

Beaucoup de problème pour une location de vacances d'une semaine, remonté des égouts après un lavage, douche.. ce qui fait déborder le eaux usés, et des odeurs d'égouts qui sont insupportables. L'évier de la cuisine qui s'est bouché au bout de 3 jours, le filtre de la piscine qui se déclenche de 23h à 2h30 du matin, étant collé à la maison, il est alors difficile de trouver le sommeil. Au final, pour une location de 1600 euros la semaine, beaucoup de désagréments.

Decpcionante

Una absoluta falta de mantenimiento y renovación de instalaciones. Fallos de aire acondicionado, de los grifos, cocina obsoleta, lavavajillas funciona mal, mantenimiento de la piscina, jardin, la puerta de la valla, la puerta de la valla para el coche.. La atención de Interhome ha sido correcta en todo momento.

Chalet con falta de mantenimiento y renovación. Problemas en la reja de la puerta peatonal. Problemas en la reja de la puerta del garaje. Problemas en el mantenimiento de la piscina. Problemas aire acondicionado. Problemas en lavabo y ducha. Problemas en lavavajillas. Deficiente mantenimiento del jardin. Quemadores cocina totalmente obsoletos. Interhome de la zona respondió bastante satisfactoriamente tratando de solucionarlo de la mejor manera.

Thanks for your comments and please don't forget our local colleagues are available to help solve any issues during your stay. Nevertheless, a repairman was sent to the property to make all of the necessary improvements and all of the defects have now been fully resolved.

Ruhige Lage

Ruhig gelegenes Haus, etwa 1 km vom Ortszentrum und 1,4 km vom schönen Strand entfernt. Supermarkt in etwa 600 Meter, großer (Sport-)Spielplatz für die Kinder etwa 300 Meter. Haus gut ausgestattet, kleine Mängel wurden umgehend behoben.

Schöne , erholsame Ferien

Das Haus ist etwas älter, dies sieht man gut. Für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend, jedoch könnte es mal etwas renovation vertragen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, dies war TOP!

Zweckmäßiges Haus

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig angelegt und ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage im Flur war zu unserer Urlaubszeit sehr nützlich und erforderlich. Die Bäder waren schon älter, aber voll in Takt. In der Küche gab es einen Gasherd, Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Vollkommen ausreichend. Aussenterrasse super, da in einr Ecke immer Schatten war. Folgende Dinge waren nicht so glücklich: nur zwei Poolliegen und eine schon etwas abgenutzt, der Rollgrill war nicht vollständig und nicht sauber, die Zufahrt zum Garage und dem Stellplatz war nur über einen hohen Bordstein möglich, die Garage konnte mit einen normal breiten Auto nicht genutzt werden, da dort unteranderen die Waschmaschine und der zweite Kühlschrank drin standen. Ferner wurde der Pool in den zwei Wochen nur einmal gereinigt, hatten wir bisher noch nie. Üblich war wöchentlich.

Si buscas intimidad la tiene casi al 100%

Reúne las condiciones para una estancia romántica con la intimidad que ello requiere. Local algo alejado de las zonas de interés y ahí reside su encanto,tranquilo por ser poco transitado; por contra,requiere vehículo.Necesita mantenimiento de alguna cerradura y persiana. El jardín y la piscina perfectos.Repetiré.
