Very, very, very clean, great lond distance mountain views and amenities. Host, Foscoe Rentals, was outstanding. Easy access to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk. I will reserve this condo again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were absolutely amazing and something we enjoyed every day. The location couldn’t be better—convenient to the ski slopes and just a short drive to Boone, making it easy to enjoy both outdoor adventures and great dining and shopping. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The grounds felt safe, quiet, and beautifully manicured, which added to the overall relaxing experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Overall great

The place was clean and nice. The view was amazing. The only issue was the confusing check in/out directions. It was not clearly stated what to do when you check in after office hours. We drove around in the middle of a storm trying to figure it out. Check out directions were also confusing. The directions listed in the condo were different than the ones we received. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

We are happy you enjoyed the condo and apologize for any confusion with your check-in and checkout procedures. Guests receive an email with information for check-in the day prior to arrival with our office address and other important information. Your check-in packet should have contained a highlighted map to the condo from our office. Again, we are sorry for any confusion, but so happy you were able to enjoy your visit to the High Country. Please visit with us again if you are in the area.

Great stay!!

Overall we had a really great stay! This is our second stay at the Echota properties and we really enjoy the location, quiet setting, and outstanding views! My kids loved the loft space and were able to head up there to watch their own shows and enjoy feeling pretty grown up for having their “own area.” The decor was pleasing and I loved being able to just fire up the fireplace at the end of the day on the slopes! The only two things I would change if it were my own personal property that I was renting are, I would add curtain panels in the downstairs rooms to help block the morning light and the master bedroom bed was entirely too firm for our liking, and my husband likes a firm/hard bed. It doesn’t have that cozy, luxurious feeling I expect when I stay other places. Otherwise, great property!!
