Luxury villa Los Mangos 25 is close to the beach and all the amenities Casa de Campo offers. It is located in the most popular resort - holiday paradise. Airy and opened to nature villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, mango and coconut trees. The villa has 4 bedrooms with full size beds and high ceilings. All of them are acquiped with air conditioning and LCD TVs. Villa has fully acquiped kitchen. A spacious Great room has a pool table and a Flat screen TV.

 Lovely patio with private pool, outdoor shower and bbq area are at your disposal. Separate dining areas and multiple seating areas inside and out.

 High speed Internet is provided. There are also 3 nice people, professional staff who are at your service during the day. Everyday cleaning and cooking from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. is included into the price for your comfortable staying.

Villa Los Mangos 25 is located in the most popular resort of La Romana - Casa de Campo, which is luxurious 7,000 acre oceanfront community offering world class golf courses and all the facilities for your amazing holidays. Our villa is only 3 min drive or 10 min walk to the Minitas beach and other amenities of the resort.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear Guests, please note Casa de Campo Resort charges a daily resort fee of USD$25 per adult per day and half amount for children under 12 years old. This is completely separate from this listing and the owner/host does not collect and remit the resort fee as part of the nightly rate.

Condition of Property

The staff was exceptional; however, the villa is in need of extensive work the roof leaked and is into one of the bedrooms and is in poor condition during a rainstorm, water in one of the showers stopped working during a shower, much of the furniture needs to be replaced as it is old and worn. The stone around the pool is cracking and separating. The condition of this villa was disappointing and to make matters of more concern we were told that the front door to the villa could not be locked. We have been traveling to Casa de Campo for 15 years and have never encountered a property in this magnitude of disrepair.
