The ocean is your backyard. My dog enjoyed all the people walking by to get to the beach. Beach access is just feet away from your patio.

Carolena is a great host and her property is excellent. We enjoyed the 180 degree views of the ocean. Furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The designated parking spot is close to the unit. We would gladly stay here again!
We enjoyed watching fisherman every morning from the patio.

Nice stay

The condo is very cute and well supplied, we enjoyed our time together.The only downfall was that there is no beach access from the property due to construction, otherwise it’s a great location

Construction is now over and out new stairs are in offering immediate access! it was disclosed that at the time of your visit there was beach access from the complex (next building over). Come see us again now that construction is over!

Great location on beach

My kids loved walking right out of the back door to the beach, and it was also a nice flat beach for walking and running. The location was great and everything was as advertised with the unit.

Relax Rest & Restore with some Vitamin Sea

We truly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer; 4 days was not long enough. The unit was super convenient to everything especially the pool and beach. We will be booking again.

Best unit in New Smyrna Beach

This is an amazing condo with the very BEST view!! The owner was responsive and super friendly, they take great pride in the guests experience. Super private, ocean front, very clean and updated. It was absolutely perfect!!!

Comfy, clean and excellent location

We loved our stay at the condo. The beach is phenomenal and just a few steps away. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. Carolena was a gem to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend the condo!

Relaxing

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was clean and attractive. The construction was unfortunate but also unavoidable. Last years hurricane damaged the sea wall. Has to be repaired. We loved our stay. First time using Vrbo- was great. Thanks !

So glad you had.fun. Just to clarify for others who book based on reviews, he construction is not on our seawall, but we are so happy to see other buildings getting their approvals and repairs! All guests can read the listings before booking and as stated there are some buildings finally getting their seawalls! Anything remotely in proximity results in substantial discounts as you received.
