The inside of property was immaculate and as presented in the pictures. However the outside is not in good condition at all. The screen door is torn, the grass is dead, the flowerbeds look forlorn. The area of town is a bit sketchy and my mom and I would not have been able to walk around after dark. But other than that, inside the cottage was cool, refreshing and most important extremely clean. I would definitely book this property again.

The cottage was charming and perfect for our weekend getaway from Dallas. We enjoyed our stay there while also exploring the city of Waco including the Silos, antique shops, breweries and great restaurants. The weather wasn't favorable for walking to the Silos but it was a quick drive and close to everything.
