Enjoy relaxing on your own private, furnished balcony! This casual condo has plenty of room for everyone to relax, especially if you'd like to enjoy a partial ocean view. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable inside, and the private washer/dryer will take care of all your trip clothes. The condo's full kitchen (built galley-style so guests have as much space in the living room as possible) features everything you need to cook up tasty full meals for everyone. But if you feel like grilling, just take your meat and fish down to the shared charcoal grill. Shared amenities for guests of this condo include a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and much more. Of course, the beach is just a short walk away.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo /w access bridge to the beach.

Lots of room in the condo to spread out, comfortable, and a great view. Hot tubs and pool. Can walk over the street this property is the only condo that has an access bridge to the beautiful beach as well. Close to many areas to shop. We had a little hiccup but Vacasa came through.

Look elsewhere

The property is old and tired. Someone has done some quick, shoddy updates to the place but the bathrooms are old (half the light bulbs burned out in the guest bath) and frankly pretty bad. The patio furniture has cushions that look 30 years old that no one would want to sit on. The property has a beautiful beach and nice chairs but that’s about all that’s going for it. There were nicer places available for the same price. The photos look much better than reality.

a little disappointed

The glass, sliding door on the balcony was broken where it wouldn't close for our first night, but they fixed it promptly when we reported the issue. A lot of street and road noise can be heard in this room. Something i wasn't expecting to hear during the day and late into the night and early morning (really noisy all all times) were the workers, and pool noise. I could hear the workers hollering and whistling at one another and trash cans rolling out to the dumpsters all times of day/night…bring ear plugs. I'd also expect a hair dryer and a few more staples in the condo. the company also left us watered down dawn dish soap and which was up to their standards but when asked if they would keep beach towels we bought for guests, they said washed beach towels are unsanitary . this was addressed, but it shouldn't have had to have been. also they are stingy with the thin trash bags. don't expect much to be provided for you. go with the expectation of buying everything you need.. down to salt and pepper, extra toilet paper, and beach towels.
