East 42 - D is a beautiful second floor two bedroom two bathroom apartment boasting a large living, dining, and kitchen area. Just off the living area is a work station, the second bathroom, and laundry closet. The primary bedroom features a king bed, custom millwork, and a beautiful ensuite. The second bedroom boast a queen bed, custom drapes, and natural light. The living room features a queen Murphy bed is additional bedding is needed. East 42 - D is located just one block to King Street in the quaint Cannonbourough/Elliotbourough neighborhood where you will find local eateries, coffee shops, and boutiques. This home has one designated parking space.

Our stay was great! We were close to King Street as well as shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The only downside was it was a bit difficult to find the parking lot due to construction. But, I do not fault the host for that. The only critique could be to warn guests about construction ahead of time. Other than that, thanks for everything!

Very convenient location center of shops and restaurants. A lot of street noise because of the location which was not expected- made sleeping a little difficult. Unit was clean and liked having laundry. Overall, good stay and had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The property was very clean, communication with the owner was prompt and helpful, and we especially appreciated the updated bathroom and the comfortable bed in the primary bedroom.The only downsides were factors largely outside the owner’s control. There was significant construction taking place nearby that started early each morning, which made sleeping in difficult. The water pressure was also a bit low, though it seemed reasonable for an older property and wasn’t a major issue.Overall, this was a clean, comfortable place in a great location, and we would recommend it to others—especially once the nearby construction is complete.

Great neighborhood and access to everything nearby. Understand though that the backyard neighbor is a massive 2 block construction project. It did not bother us but others might like to be aware.

Communication and location were top notch. The chair covers and walls were VERY worn though. The whole point of a slip cover is that you can easily pull it off and bleach it in the wash. I have several at home so I’m well versed in the easy maintenance. A magic eraser is all it takes for obvious scuff marks at eye level. The tv appears to be about to go out too. Other than that we were super pleased with linens, towels, dishes, etc.

This was our second stay here. We like the convenience of the location to interstate and so many walkable restaurants. The apartment has everything my husband and I need for a week's stay.
