Residence La Grande Verdette is located along the blue âMarmotteâ piste, which takes you to the snow front and the main ski lifts in a matter of seconds. Ski in and out at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the resort is just a few minutes away!
This new residence is delivered to autumn 2024.
Flat features:
Discover this beautiful 110m2 duplex apartment with warm decor and high-quality materials.
An indoor parking space (in the basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
There is a ski locker with boot dryer that opens directly into the Bellard chairlift.
The flat comprises a living room opening onto a south-facing terrace with a 3-seater jacuzzi.
The living area includes a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting area with a bio-ethanol fireplace.
Level 0 also features a laundry room, a shower room, a separate toilet and two bedrooms.
The two bedrooms on this floor have a 160 cm bed and a TV. One has its own shower room.
On the level up you'll find a shower room with WC, a third double bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a final bedroom with two 90 cm beds (sofa bed) and one double bed, making a total of 4 beds. Television are also available.
The end-of-stay cleaning service is included, as is the hire of bed linen and towels.
