This pretty flat comprises :

- A living room opening onto the balcony with :
Kitchen area: fitted & equipped kitchen with sink, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine and kettle, hoover.
Living area: sofa bed 160x200 (duvet and two square pillows), television, coffee table and storage space. A table and 6 chairs.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a duvet and two rectangular pillows, a two-door wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: two 90x190 bunk beds, one single bed (one duvet and one square pillow per bed), one two-door wardrobe.
- Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and storage space, washing machine.
