Stunning 5 bedroom rental in the Gulf Coast section of Ocean City New Jersey. Enjoy this townhome without the worries of tenants upstairs or down. The rear of this home provides access to an outdoor shower, ample storage space and 2 parking spaces. As you enter the home on the first floor you are greeted by 4 well appointed bedrooms and a hallway full bath. Each bedroom on the first floor has a TV with Roku sticks. The first floor also has a full size washer and dryer. As you walk up to the 2nd floor you will be welcomed by an open floor plan kitchen with large center island, ideal for socializing. The center island has seating for 6 and the dining table has seating for 8. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops and has everything you need for meal preparation and enjoyment. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, griddle, keurig and blender. A large sectional sofa in the living has plenty of seating along with a pull-out couch. Down the hallway you will find a well-appointed half bath. At the back of the 2nd floor, you will see the vaulted ceiling continue into the Master suite with a King bed and attached full bath. Outside the dinning area you will walk out to the sun-drenched patio where there is a dining table and 6 chairs for relaxing. Amenities this home has to offer.

Had a wonderful stay at OC again this year. Have rented this home twice and it is great….not overall fancy but well equipped and comfortable…great open concept upstairs, wonderful location, nice front deck. Frank is very communicative and easy to get ahold of if there are issues. Rent linens and towels…so worth it.

This was our first time renting this beach house and it was everything the listing said. The home was close to the beach, the boardwalk and shopping. The home was very accommodating for our family needs. It was spacious and comfortable. An added bonus was the outside shower and shed to store our beach items. This beautiful vacation home was perfectly located and in walking distance to the OC beach and boardwalk. The house included everything that was needed to make many meals and to enjoy the nearby beach, bike the local neighborhood and boardwalk and gather together for meals. Great time at this location. Plenty of sleeping space, bikes, beach passes. So close to the beach. 4 stars for check in because we wanted to get in earlier! Haha we had a problem with one TiVo and the owner responded right away, scheduled assistance and resolved the issue in a very timely manner. We were very happy with our stay here! A GREAT week!

This was such a great house for the 10 of us, 4 adults/ 6 kids. There was plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax. Super close to the beach with all the amenities we needed. We contacted the owner for something mid week and he responded within minutes and we were all set to go! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

Love it!

We have no complaints about this rental. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We never had to move our car. Easy walk to the beach, boards, deli and ice cream. They had beach tags by the front door which is always a plus. The owner was easy to get in touch with. I definitely recommend.
