This beautiful, bright 2nd floor beach house with private elevator boasts a great room with vaulted ceilings, gas stone fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large front porch, and a private balcony off of the Primary Suite.

This shore house is fully furnished with new, solid wood, contemporary, comfortable beach furnishings. The kitchen is centered around a massive quartz island with overhead pendant lighting. It's fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flat wear, pots, pans, serving utensils, Keurig coffee dispenser, standard coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

A large portion of the front porch is roof-sheltered with a comfortable seating area. There is additional outdoor dining area open to the air.

The private elevator provides ease of access for luggage upon arrival as well as seamless entry for grandparents and those needing extra assistance.

Our home is conveniently situated on Ocean Avenue between 1st and 2nd Streets at the edge of the Gardens just 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (two short blocks and one long block). It's a 15-minute walk to the center of Ocean City's downtown shopping and restaurant district.

This spacious beach house is a "must-see" for families looking to rent an affordable, large home for vacation, but still have the convenience of walking to all of the Ocean City attractions. We even provide 8 beach tags and beach chairs for your family to use while here. This smoke-free, pet-friendly property will rent quickly!

We were looking for a nice place to spend Thanksgiving and this property is just what we were looking for. We needed a place that excepts dogs and had few steps. The instruction for accessing the house was outstanding and the property was exactly as described. All rooms had a big screen TV with a wide assortment of programming. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Steve was in contact through out our stay and even sent texts with what was happening over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in OCNJ! The house worked out great for us. Easy walk to Browns and Ove’s for donuts and meals! We walked downtown, and the boards of course too (biked too!). Loved being able to bring our dogs too who enjoyed napping on the porch! Great porch to gather! Rooms, kitchen, etc all worked out great for our group! Great house rental for a multi gen family! Thank you!

Great Family Vacation

Steve is a fantastic host! The property is clean, in a great location, and overall beautiful! I highly recommend this place for families, it fit all 10 of us comfortably! 4 adults, 5 children (ages 2-14) and a spoiled French bulldog. We will definitely be back again!

50th birthday with siblings

Plenty of space for the eight of us at the table and at the seating by the fireplace and TV. We loved the gas fireplace. The deck was perfect for all of us hanging out on, but it was a bit too cold in December for spending much time outside. The elevator made it easy to move in and then move out. We were able to stream music through the TV sound system.Beds and furniture were all comfy. Bathrooms were all super clean and modern.Every thing seemed like new.

The house was accessible so the drive to the beach and Atlantic City were very convenient. Best stay in OCNJ yet!

Our rental unit and owner were both simply amazing. Steve contacted me personally to assist with the seamless check in and property details. We were welcomed with an immaculate, well stocked and convenient dog-friendly condo with spacious rooms, baths and common areas. From hanging out on the porches to watching the Phillies on any of the huge televisions, our family had a wonderful time.

Wonderful experience

This house was perfect for my wife and me, our two sons, two friends of theirs, and our little dog. The owner gave very clear instructions for check-in and check-out and the house was very clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

amazing property and host

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house (this time with more people) and it was just as wonderful as the first. The weather was iffy but there was enough room in the house that if we had to be indoors we weren’t in each others way. We used the porch the most and were out there every night! So much room out there to hang, play games, people watch etc. the house has literally everything you can imagine from cookware, to in unit washer and dryer, beach chairs and that’s only to name a few. The elevator was a life saver because there is a lot of steps going up but completely worth it. Steve is an excellent host and even visits the property after guests leave and before the next guests arrive to ensure the house is exactly how it should be. We are also so grateful we were able to experience this trip with our dogs as it’s very hard to find a house that is dog friendly. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing Rental!

We cannot say enough about our stay at 133 Ocean Ave. The owners were responsive from the minute we booked until the minute we checked out. They even stopped by to help with something during our stay! Steve arrived within 10 minutes of calling him! Impressive! The property was clean, beautiful, and welcoming! We will certainly be booking this property again for our next visit to OCNJ. Thanks for a wonderful experience

Amazing property and host!

This property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed and more. Having the elevator was priceless! We went to the beach (very short walk) everyday, water park (which was the best fun), ate as much food as we could (ice cream, lobster rolls, pizza, shrimp), and more! The host, Steve, went above and beyond to accommodate us! Best week ever!
