This charming and compact holiday apartment in the rustic style of Steinbock Lodges is located directly on Lake Zell and has its own access to the garden and lake via stairs from the balcony. If you want to cater for yourself during your holiday, the small kitchenette is ideal. The Waterfront Apartment 2 is perfect for couples spending their holiday in Zell am See. The bathroom has a bathtub and from the bedroom you can directly access the balcony, which hovers above the lake.

In the communal room in the basement, which is also used by holiday guests from other holiday apartments in the building, you will find the opportunity to play table football or table tennis, in addition to a cosy fireplace and seating areas. In the beautiful garden of Waterfront Apartment 2, you will find sun loungers and garden furniture directly by the lake. For the winter, the ski room with ski boot heaters and heated drying racks is practical for drying your ski clothing.

Around the apartment, there are several very good restaurants with a view of Lake Zell. You can easily reach the city centre with its beautiful old town by bus, which departs every hour from the nearby bus stop, or by car in 5 minutes. Your convenient arrival is possible by bus, train or car.

The famous Zeller Lake attracts with countless water sports opportunities, but swimming and simply relaxing in the sun is also perfect. The promenade around the lake invites cycling and walking. From Zell am See, you can conveniently reach the ski areas of the region, especially the local mountain Schmittenhöhe, even with free shuttle buses. In summer, you can set out directly to explore the mountains on extensive hiking trails.
