The bathroom has a bathtub and from the bedroom you can directly access the balcony, which hovers above the lake.

For the winter, the ski room with ski boot heaters and heated drying racks is practical for drying your ski clothing.

Around the apartment, there are several very good restaurants with a view of Lake Zell. You can easily reach the city centre with its beautiful old town by bus, which departs every hour from the nearby bus stop, or by car in 5 minutes. Your convenient arrival is possible by bus, train or car.



Leisure Opportunities:

The famous Zeller Lake attracts with countless water sports opportunities, but swimming and simply relaxing in the sun is also perfect. The promenade around the lake invites cycling and walking. From Zell am See, you can conveniently reach the ski areas of the region, especially the local mountain Schmittenhöhe, even with free shuttle buses. In summer, you can set out directly to explore the mountains on extensive hiking trails.
