Studio ayant un bon rapport qualité/ prix pour Juan les Pins. Mais si vous laissez un morceau de pain, vous êtes envahis de fourmis et nous avons eu un cafard dans la salle de bains. Sinon bonne communication avec propriétaire, emplacement centre et proche plage.
